features :
- [REM] removed unnecessary action about stages and installer
and the file containing it.
- [REM] hr_recruitment: removed useless doc directory, containing
only crap and useless notes.
- [REM] hr_recruitment: removed unused wizard creating a partner from
an applicant. As we have all the necessary stuff in the form view this
wizard does not seem necessary. As it is not used, let us drop it.
- Preserved explicit 3rd-party copyright notices
- Explicit boilerplate should not be necessary - copyright law applies
automatically in all countries thanks to Berne Convention + WTO rules,
and a reference to the applicable license is clear enough.
