Arthur Gossuin (goa) 7fc9234316 [IMP] delivery: add product_template.country_of_origin field 
The origin of goods is required for the commercial invoice generation with
delivery providers. Until then we were using the warehouse country, but the
origin of goods is a different kind of field, as explained in this link:

This commit is part of more important upcoming changes brought in Odoo
enterprise, especially with Fedex, Easypost, DHL and UPS commercial
invoices.

Arnold Moyaux 1c28ba8c47 [REF] delivery: hs code back in delivery 
hs code was dropped in 12.0 however it shouldn't have been (commit 2d738f8563). commit 498dbc548b created a new module in order to avoid losing hscode for existing database during migration.

This commit set it back as before.

HS Code is a standardized code used to describe products categories, and
facilitate customs clearance.

Some international transporters require HS codes and use them. We allow
users to store them on product.template's.
