Disabled in odoo/odoo@b992619840
by mistake.
Also, restore the "failfast" for the QUnit tests (disabled in the same
commit...).

After each test, a check is done that there is no leftover in the
DOM. If there are, the suite fails, but there is no indication on
the test that left elements in the DOM.
This commit logs that missing information. We also stop dumping
the DOM when this happens, as it was rather creating noise than
providing useful information (the remaining elements are still
logged though).

Was not super visible, especially without HR as the dialog immediately
closes (limitation of the web client), or when an administrator user
massively disables totp.
Show a toast notification indicating the success of the action.
Also fix the logging of `totp_disable` so it correctly handles being
called on more than one record, and change the logging data to
<browse_record> (<logins>) across the board.
Also add a way to provide an action to execute after a notification:
by default nothing happens, which leads to dialogs not closing and
forms not reloading, and there is no good way to show a notification
and/then do some other thing, which is inconvenient.
After changing the organisation of the test bundles, some elements seem
to have disappeared from most of the tests, leaving free space for other
undesirable elements to remain on the DOM after tests unnoticed.
Now, any element not allowed in the body or qunit fixture will be
properly detected and removed.

Leftover tooltips may make following tests fail, which isn't what
we want as a test shouldn't impact another one.

Before this commit, we waited for 10 seconds before defining the
boot test (checking that all JS modules have been correctly
loaded). However, small test suites (like the mobile one) ended
before this test was defined. So we could end up with a green
branch with tests not being executed (e.g. if a testing module
had missing dependencies, and was part of a small suite).
This commit removes the boot tests and instead does the check
at the end of the suite, before logging that the suite passed.

* remove misleading documentation about a "test failed" message, in
13.0 any uncaught exception or console.error will cause the current
test to be interpreted as failed
* fix tour manager to console.error its step and not add a second
useless error message
* fix menu tester to try and display the failure cause on failure
* improve qunit's test reporter to print the number of tests failed in
case of test suite failure
Should make test failures in tours a bit clearer.

When evaluating js tests using the browser_js method, they are
considered a success when 'ok' is found in the console log and a failure
if 'error' is found instead.
This is not very robust and recently failed with this commit : 7410de111f
It adds a filter named 'Error' in a view, when the 'click_all' test
clicks on this filter, a message with the name of the filter is written
in the console, wrongly leading to a test failure.
With this commit, the browser_js method expects a log message in the
browser console with the explicit text "test successful".
On the other hand, any error in the console log will lead to a test
failure but a test can be forced to fail with the explicit error message
in the browser console "test failed".
As a bonus, the python logger should now also log browser js trace messages.

With this commit, we introduce a new 'fail fast' feature to our qunit
test suite: when it is activated, the qunit test suite will immediately
stop after the first failed test.
It is accessible as a flag in the url (failfast), or by clicking the
checkbox in the UI. It is currently not activated by default.
Note that this commit also change the url for the runbot phantomjs test
in order to activate this feature. This allows us to increase the global
timeout for the js test suite without fear!
... to allow them to be called several times without having to
wait for the delays.
This was already done for _.throttle, by default for the whole
test suite, and it couldn't be parameterized in individual tests.
This was enough for _.throttle, but the same solution couldn't be
applied for _.debounce, because some tests actually test that some
handlers are correctly debounced.
Those function are now patched in addMockEnvironment, and two
parameters can be set: 'debounce' (default: true) and 'throttle'
(default: false).
Before this commit, it was not possible to reexecute functions using the
_.throttle function in the same test (e.g. drag and drop two elements in the
studio tests).
Before this commit, when a test in the qunit test suite failed, the
error displayed by the runbot was not really interesting. It just said
that test_01_js failed. With this commit, each assertion error is now
logged as an error, which means that they are displayed in the short
error log by the runbot.
When a qunit test fails, the log only contains the assertion message.
This is in fact useful to have the "actual" and "expected" values to
understand the bug.
Also, we recently updated the configuration so that the "hide passed
tests" option is enabled by default. This is in fact useful to have
it disabled if the user wants to run only one test (debugging).
