When using the route `/report/barcode/...` in a report, wkhtmltopdf
makes htpps requests on the server to retrieve the barcode image.
If a lot of barcodes have to be printed, this can overload the server
with too much requests and makes wkhtml crashes.
With this commit, the qweb barcode widget is used to include the barcode
as an img tag with inline barcode image as base64 data.

Creates a generic barcode template that prints the record name + its
associated barcode (if it exists). Generic template is a combination of
previously existing stock.picking.type and stock.location barcode
reports.
Updates stock.picking.type and stock.location barcode reports such that:
- they have a title (for clarity when combining them in the same pdf)
- they use the same (newly created) generic barcode template for an
aligned look
Also adds some formatting changes (proper indentation for legibility).
Supports a review comment of overall barcode improvement task

Since 94a3919, the report_location_barcode.scss asset is never loaded.
The report_stock_rule has the same template id than the report_location_barcode
one. This later is so always overridden.
This commit delete the barcode location css as it was not really usefull

Install stock, go to Configuration>Settings, activate "Storage
Locations". Go to Configuration>Locations select locations and print
The reported will not follow the documentation, barcode will be one
after the other and not side by side, arranged in a 2x2 grid.
Fixing require to apply style changes since new bootstrap
code is not handled well by wkhtmltopdf

Today, Odoo is really tricky to use without seeing the screen, it must be improved to be usable.
This PR forbid to use labels without a "for" attribute, add some title, rule and aria attributes in HTML. With that, Odoo will be fully usable with a screen reader.

In 93147fb4 the issue that only one page of barcode were printed was
solved.
But there is still an issue since the container element is itself a
page, we got an additonal page with all barcode on it.
To solve this we use a 'report.html_container' instead of
'report.basic_layout' which doesn't wrap the content with a
`<div class="article" />` element.

Since 3d04e4488, several pages have to be denoted by:
`<div class="article" />`
And not as previously:
`<div class="page" />`
This was not taken into account in the "Location BarCode" report so we
had only one page of barcode (so 4 barcodes since there is 4 barcode by
page) displayed.

Since 3d04e44880 [0], the class `article`
is used instead of `page`. As reports not using `external_layout` does
still manually used `page` class as wrapper, there were not rendered
properly. Force these reports to correctly wrap their content into an
`article` div by using a dedicated template.

Moves performed
- data and demo files are now located inside the data directory
- data and demo files name updated
- report views moved inside report directory instead of views
- main stock menus declarations moved from stock.xml to stock_menu_views.xml
in order to have all main menus in a single file, extracted from model
specific views
- data section of __openerp__.py file reorganized accordingly
No change done in this commit.
