When using the route `/report/barcode/...` in a report, wkhtmltopdf
makes htpps requests on the server to retrieve the barcode image.
If a lot of barcodes have to be printed, this can overload the server
with too much requests and makes wkhtml crashes.
With this commit, the qweb barcode widget is used to include the barcode
as an img tag with inline barcode image as base64 data.

render, render_template, load, activity_schedule_with_view,
get_website_pages should all be private:
It should not be possible to render an aribtrary template only with
its name or id
Still need to render some qweb views from js so the method
render_template is kept public.
This explains why the website editor still need read access on
ir.ui.view as we want to allow any snippet to be rendered.
Steps to reproduce:
- install sales and barcodes
- go to sales > catalog > products > create
- give the product a random name and the following barcode: #1N4005-T+A
- save > print > product labels
Current behavior:
the barcode is not generated properly because it is not url encoded
everything after the # charachter is ignored

Before this commit, when printing the Price List report of a Product
Variant, the price is printed directly from the float result of the
calculation of the price, even if this price is rounded, the
representation of the float can have, sometimes, float precision errors
(a lot of 0 after the decimal point, and a 1 or 2 at the end).
Now, the function returns a string formatted to the correct number of
fractional digits.

Before this commit, the `product.attribute.value` were stored on the variants.
This required filtering of attribute lines to find the appropriate matching
`product.template.attribute.value` that were used in most of the business code,
such as when computing the `price_extra`.
This also prevented to have multiple attribute lines for the same attribute,
which is needed to handle use cases such as grape varieties for wine products.
This will be done in the following commit.
After this commit, the combination of `product.template.attribute.value` will be
directly stored on the product variant.
Other changes
=============
Add `combination_indices` on product, which allows to quickly find a variant
matching a combination (1 simple indexed equality query as opposed to 1 query
with as many joins as there are attribute lines), and to add an easy
SQL constraint to ensure active combination uniqueness.
Add active field on `product.template.attribute.line` and
`product.template.attribute.value`, with the same behavior as variants:
They become archived if they can't be unlinked. This allows to keep the database
consistent, such as archived variants correctly keeping all their values, sales
order lines keeping their custom and no_variant. This is done with the help of
`ondelete=restrict` on the corresponding m2m fields, and the `unlink` methods
falling back to archiving when `unlink` is restricted.

Before this commit, the price printed in the product label was the
list_price (catalog price) it didn't take into account the extra price
of the variants.
Now, the price printed is the lst_price (catalog value + extra).

This commit adds two reports on the product packaging model. They act as
labels representing the packaging. The first one is a pdf, the second
one is a text one to be printed thanks to a zebra printer.
Some pdf reports are renamed to be identified as pdf reports (to
be distinguished with zpl ones). The old layout become similar with
the label one.

Purpose of this commit is to clean and uniformize report naming through
various addons. It has been chosen to name them using a formatting like
<report_name> - <object_name or suffix> .
Improve report naming in product, stock, mrp and mrp repair.
In Python 3:
* various builtins and dict methods were changed to return
view/iterable objects rather than lists
* and the separate Python 2 view/iterable builtins and methods were
removed altogether
This is problematic when using these items as list (which the happens
repeatedly in Odoo), but more viciously when iterating *multiple times*
over them (which also happens, which I've messed up multiple times while
writing this, and which is a pain to debug even when you've just created
the issue).
Convert all code using these to semantics-matching cross-version
helper functions to get the LCD behaviour between P2 and P3, and
forbid the builtins via lint.

Since 3d04e44880 [0], the class `article`
is used instead of `page`. As reports not using `external_layout` does
still manually used `page` class as wrapper, there were not rendered
properly. Force these reports to correctly wrap their content into an
`article` div by using a dedicated template.

In the 'get_html' method, the report is using a custom model to render its html,
we should use its own 'render_html' method to generate the report. During the
module migration, we replaced
'report_model.render_html(cr, uid, ids, data=data, context=context)'
by
'report_model.render_html(data=data)'
The new API signature of 'get_html' is

def get_html(self, docids, report_name, data=None):
That way, 'render_html' doesn't receive docids anymore when called. We should do instead
if report_model is not None:
return report_model.browse(docids).render_html(data=data)
As render_html is an api.multi method, this is all wrong too, because we'll send a
browse record with the custom report model to the render_html method, to use the
ids with 'self.ids' that are absolutely not corresponding to the report model but to
to the record model we want to print (an invoice for example).
In old API style we were sending a list of ids, but it's not correct to keep the same
behavior by sending a browse record with only the ids relevant. We have also to
change render_html method decorator to @api.model with a new signature
@api.model
def render_html(self, docids, data=None):
And replace the call to render_html by
if report_model is not None:
return report_model.render_html(docids, data=data)
In the case the report is printed from a wizard, this is sufficient because the ids
are taken from the active_ids in context, or in data.
In the case the report is printed from a simple action, we should replace the occurence
of 'self.ids' (which doesn't mean anything) to 'docids'
This fix doesn't solve the printing issues for the custom accounting reports, because
the method get_pdf has been reimplemented in the module account_reports.
A new API is introduced for price computing using pricelists. It is simplier
to use in most use cases, which is computing the product price in a given
pricelist. Old methods return dictionnaries and tuples, which are rarely
used in the code.
The pricelist report might show price incorrectly rounded. For example,
a calculated price of 20.625 will be displayed as 20.62 in the report
since `formatLang` does not apply a rounding but simply truncate the
value.

Pass the fields parameter in the call to the `read` method,
so it fetches only the needed fields:
- Better performances,
- Avoid possible access rights issues.
In this case, it wasn't possible for a user
having no access rights to the purchase module
to print this report.
