1) in this commit, improved portal chatter for messaging. when the user sends a
message, the new message is updated in history without reloading page.
instead of submitting a form which reloads page to send message we added rpc call
to send message.
2) rating on courses is implemented by extending portal chatter, applied changes in
website_slides to do reviews without reloading page
3) refactoring: cleaned or removed code
eg. removed form and some input fields as data is not submitted as form anymore,
introduced some methods to avoid duplication of code

Same change in several areas where translations existed:
- website editor notification popup
- elearning share popup
- forum remediation filter popup
- event registration attendees popup
- portal rating popup
- stripe payment error popup
And many other locations where there were no translations yet
"×" has been replaced by its UTF8 character.
Also introduced aria-label where missing.
Before this commit the close icon was included in translated resources.
For example, in Spanish the "×" had been turned into "&veces;"
thus not rendering an icon anymore
After this commit the close icon is not a translated text anymore and
remains an icon across all languages

before this commit: portal_rating_composer.js do not return anything, as it does
not return anything extending RatingPopupComposer is not possible, as
RatingPopupComposer loads template using xmlDependencies so inherting template
'website_rating.PopupComposer' is also not possible because if some other module
wants to extend 'website_rating.PopupComposer' template then it has to add extended
template by extending 'RatingPopupComposer' widget.
with this commit: RatingPopupComposer is returned in portal_rating_composer.js

Title and tooltip had no sense since every star would have its own tooltip
"One star" instead of having a single tooltip on the whole star container which
could show the exact rating "5 stars on 5".
Plus, one of the title were set on a t-foreach which does nothing.

This commit adapts the business code in which
class/module/function/method redefinition took place so that it no
longer happens and the pylint test passes.
PURPOSE
Change the display of the button to open the composer from btn-primary to
btn-link.
SPECIFICATIONS
In order to ease integration of popup composer rating widget, let us allow
to customize classes given to the button triggering it. In slides we want
specifically it to be a link, not a button.

changed default_rating_value to zero in order to prevent the error.

The reading and initial formatting is done by `_message_read_dict_postprocess`,
which has been renamed more simply to `_message_format` due to its new goal.
This makes the methods easier to follow and does not increase the query count.
It actually reduces it when the data were already in the cache, by not always
reading them again.

Reduce margin from o_portal_chatter_message_title (from 0.5 to 0.2rem)
Remove margin from the last line of the comment.
When you write a comment (not from demo data), each line become a paragraph
(which one have big bottom margin). After the comment you have a button
'comment' that is so far, that you don't know if you comment the previous
message, or the next one.
The css selector is precise, because you can have another p in the reply with
the class 'o_portal_chatter_puslished_date' that we don't want to impact.
(In case of none real comment with p inside, it become the last one)
Only the padding under the last p could be considered (fp & sbu) as bugged,
so we fixes it in css. Other pixel touch, required an update to got it.
