- Install "Manufacturing" module
- Go to settings and activate "Master Production Schedule"
- Install Dutch language
- Switch user language to Dutch
- Go to Manufacturing -> Planning -> Planning by Production
- Hover work order
Dates are not displayed with user locale.
Cause
Date are formated to "YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss",
regardless the locale.
Solution
Format date instead with locale format letters (L, LL, LTS, ...)

Enable empty screen sample for work center overview, and improve the
helper message of work center and work order. We also removed create

This commit is a significant rewriting of client-side discuss, chatter,
chat window, and messaging menu using OWL. The behavior should be broadly
the same, with some slight functional changes here and there.
From a technical standpoint, the code of messaging is mainly organized in 2
main groups of modules:
- models, which are logical entities that depict the client-side state of
messaging as a whole.
- components, which are in charge of displaying information from models.
This refactoring also introduces new JS guidelines regarding folder structure
(/static) and naming rules for JS modules.

- button unplan unlinks the leave but the computed aren't recomputed
then we need to manually set the date_planned_start/finished
then we need to not propagate them on the related document

The field note of mrp.routing.workcenter was not very usefull, and not
appear in the workorder related to this operation. Sometime, we need to
have a small description of the work to do for a opeartion in the WO,
instead of a complet pdf or google slide.
-> Convert the note field as a description of the job to do and add a
"text" worksheet_type to select it, in the mrp.routing.workcenter and
add the related field in the WO. Update the view of accordingly.
-> (migration): The 'note' content remain the same, then migration is
not needed. If the user change the worksheet_type into text, the
"note" will be the previous "description".

- Since 5118d248cc , the action with
id='act_product_mrp_production' was unused.
- Since 85a3e1e385 , the action with
id='action_mrp_unbuild_move_line' was renamed due to duplicate ids
(with action_mrp_unbuild_moves), then remove it (unused) and move
the helper message to the original one.
- Since 81577bf24e , the action with
id='mrp_workcenter_productivity_loss_action' is unused because
the commit remove the menu item using this action
- Since it was integred, the action with
id='mrp_workorder_delta_report' was unused, then remove it.

Purpose: adding new component in a specific workorder via the form view.
This behavior is only available if the Bill of Material is in flexible
consumption. Adding new component was already made possible in
e1f518bb83 but the ability to add new
workorder lines conditionnaly in the workorder form view was missing.

- Now, the fields date_planned_start and date_planned_finished is
required in views, because it was strongly related to the leave date_to, date_from
which are required.
- Change the name_get in case of single WO in MO and replace the dot
by a dash.
- Improve the WO form view to be more responsive when it is open from the

Add scheduling information (icon) with popover to show info/warning/error
about the scheduling of workorder. Four extra pieces of information
is given (level change the color of the icon):
- Info level; If previous WO and pending state, show sheduling info of the previous WO
- Warning level; info if the WO is late
- Error level; if conflit with other WO (same workcenter in same time)
- Error level; if previous WO is planned after the current one
Also, add a button (in the popover) to replan correctly all WO of the MO of
the current WO (only if it is not in ready/progress and error(s) is detected).
It is done via a JSON data compute field ('json_popover') in the workorder and
the popover_widget of stock. It is allowing use to make computation in batch
and avoid to add lot of fields.

Change the order of the page of notebook to be
more pertinent for the manager point of view.
Also move workcenter and production (_id) fields
from the miscellaneous page into the main form.

Previously, when grouped by state, user was able to drag
and drop kanban boxes to alter the state of an unbuild, a
purchase requistion or work order. However the state should
be readlonly and could only be modify via public methods on
those objects. Those methods do additional required stuff than
just modifying the state.

This commit extend the flexible consumption. On the workorder form view.
It's now possible to add directly new workorder line with any product
(even one not in any BoM line). For those new wo line. A confirmed stock
move is create in the record_production step.

produce. The quantity to consume is adapted for each component. Save the
workorder and the quantities to consume are rollbacked to the previous values

This commit is making sure that the exception activities filters are
only defined where it make sense (i.e. where the system can actually
create an exception activity).
We have therefore removed 'exception activities' filters where the
system won't be creating any.

Implement group_expand for workcenter_id so that all workcenters are
visible in the planning by workcenter gantt.
Implement some constraint on write because anything can be moved in the
gantt view.
When changing the workcenter of a workorder, make sure the leave is now
set on the new workcenter.
