The purpose of this task is to improve the UI of the 'Apps', by
improving the clarity of the kanban, sequencing the apps and
simplifying the app categories in the searchpanel
So in this commit, Added the new sequences for ir.module.module
and ir.module.category records.
TaskID: 2240257
Related Enterprise: https://github.com/odoo/enterprise/pull/12413Closes: #55907
Purpose
=======
The current kanban view is messy. It is difficult to identify which
apps are installed or not. The user can completely miss a module
that might have interested him. A search panel would make things way
more readable.

Purpose
=======
Access group terminology is missleading. Yous have to be manager to administrate
an application. This task consists to rename groups to be understandable for everyone.
Groups should be reorganised on the users form to be more explicit.
Specification
=============
1/ Rename 'Manager' to 'Administrator' in users groups.
2/ Define a hierarchy on access groups by using the category_id in the manifests
A category 'Operations/Project' will create a category Project with a parent
category 'Operations', and something smart is already developed (in modules/db.py)
to avoid duplicating categories.
3/ Add a group in expenses to be able to approve expenses reports for my team.
4/ Add a group in timesheets to be able to approve timesheets for my team.
5/ Remove partially the useless crap in ir_module_category_data.xml
6/ Sort access rights groups on users form according to its parent category

Time has come to update a bit applications name, summary and website links.
Purpose is to have a website page correctly set for applications to be used
in conjunction with the newly-introduced discover button.
Names and summaries are updated to be more updated and shiny.
This commit is related to task ID 47179 and 1861544. Related PR are #22689
and #25556. First one is about classic applications while second one is about
website applications.

The reified view on the res users will be dropped in the following commit.
The previous commit adds support to define each group as a computed field on the res users.
This commit defines:
- A boolean field for each 'isolated' res.group, i.e. a group in the hidden category.
- A selection field for each 'Application' res.group, i.e. a group in a application category.
Example:
- The group to manage pricelist in sales becomes a boolean field
- The groups project user/manager become a selection field
This commit improves maintenance requests management through a better
integration of activities and addition of automated activities. Several
things are done in this commit :
* automatic activities generation is added for maintenance requests.
Activities are generated to remind assigned users about maintenance to
perform. They are also automatically removed or updated if the scheduled
date is changed or if the request is done to avoid bloating users with
unnecessary activities;
* a menu to configure activity types is added. Indeed equipment managers
should be able to see and configure activity types related to their job;
It is simpler to have data split by main model or application like we
already do for models and views. It allows to easily have an overview
of data a module holds.
As we will work on mail related data like adding activities or tweaking
subtypes and templates, having them all in a single file and not lost
between other data helps finding and working with it.
This commit only moves code. No functional change should occur.
The xml file with the cron that creates the recurrent
preventive requests was not loaded in the system, so we needed to add
it.
Before, the cron was foreseen to only create the maintenance request on
the day that the request was foreseen (in the morning). Now, it will
create a request if none exists on the next_action_date. That way the
requests can be planned for.
The other problem is that the '_compute_next_maintenance' method
for calculating the next_action_date does not take into account
the possibly manually already created requests. So, now, the next
maintenance is calculated with the closed requests and the open ones.
If the first new one is in the past, it takes that date in the past. If it is in
the future, it will see if the gap is big enough to put a maintenance
in between the last done maintenance (or now) and the first new one.
If none exists, it is today + period.
That's why we have to add the 'request_date' in the depends. And take
into account the preventive requests existing on an equipment.
