This commit removes oe_edit_only labels and adds placeholder
on fields in form views from a lot of apps to minimize the
shift when switching mode.
task 2330101
In order to make the expense form more intuitive, it was necessary to distinguish between whether the product has cost different from
zero or not. Depending ot this context, some fields are shown or not. Also 'Bill Reference' is shown only to account managers.
Now the expense can be submitted in different currency and it can be reimbursed in company’s currency.
In case the latter two currencies differ from each other,
the conversion is done automatically and the rate is also displayed.
Suggestion - untaxed_amount can be removed

Currently at odoo we use expense product terminology just because it's
set up using product. Inside the expense app, there is no reason of
not using category instead of product
So in this commit, rename the product term into category for all expense

The reconciliation between an expense and a bank statement does not
update the expense and its sheet.
To reproduce the error:
(Need account_accountant)
1. Go to Expenses
2. Create one (e.g. an expense of $20)
3. Save, Create Report, Approve, Post Journal Entries
4. Go to Accounting > Bank
5. Create a bank statement (e.g. $-20)
6. Save, Post, Reconcile
7. Select the expense, Validate
8. Go to Expense > The created expense
=> The expense's state is still 'Approved'. It should be 'Paid'.
Moreover, if you click on the associated report ("View Report"), the
same error appears: the sheet's state is 'Posted' instead of 'Paid'.
The problem was that the method 'action_invoice_paid' (deleted in this
commit) was never reached. Moreover, there was no way to get the
expense's residual amount.

This commit is a significant rewriting of client-side discuss, chatter,
chat window, and messaging menu using OWL. The behavior should be broadly
the same, with some slight functional changes here and there.
From a technical standpoint, the code of messaging is mainly organized in 2
main groups of modules:
- models, which are logical entities that depict the client-side state of
messaging as a whole.
- components, which are in charge of displaying information from models.
This refactoring also introduces new JS guidelines regarding folder structure
(/static) and naming rules for JS modules.

PURPOSE
=========================
The goal of this task is to set up some kind of guidelines to make
kanban views consistent.
It is fine having different kanban views, but if a UI element is shared
among several kanban views, it should behave/look the same so the user
knows what to expect.
Kanban views can be split into two types:
==> 'documents' kanbans, such as res.partner, crm.lead, etc.
- those records are created/edited often, numerous
- 'opening' the card means accessing the record
==> 'dashboard' kanbans,such as stock.picking.type,account.journal, etc.
- those records are not created/edited often, there are much less numerous
- usually presented as dashboard, where 'opening' the card means
accessing a set of related 'documents' (clicking on a account.journal
to access account.move, or stock.picking.type to access stock.picking)
- configuration of the 'card record' is done through a dropdown to
access configuration
Here are some guidelines for consistency. Bear in mind that those are
not rules, but guidelines for consistency that we'd like to keep in
mind when designing.
==> 'documents' kanbans
- the record is accessed through global click
- the user avatar is at the bottom right
- the activity widget is at the bottom left (in last position if
there are other elements)
==> 'dashboard' kanbans
- the record is accessed through a 'Configuration' option in the card dropdown
- there is no global click, and therefore no focus shadow
- the dropdown icon (o_kanban_manage_toggle_button) is always visible,
with icon fa-ellipsis-v
- the listview counterpart should be presented as a dedicated
configuration menu, and shouldn't be in the 'dashboard action'
- links in the body of the card are structured as follows: link with
<count>+label, then any additional aggregated metrics (not link) to the right
example https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZP6HDHTtC7cQ6rDWgqLoPs6U8JCeNVkW/view?usp=sharing
==> global guidelines
- the title font color is #212529, with 500 weight
- the subtitle font color is #666666, with 400 weight
- the font size is 1.083rem
- text overflow is handled through linebreak, not ellipsis
- numerical values are aligned to the right
- the kanban state widget is at the bottom right
SPECIFICATION

Adding required fields on company model is annoying for tests. Indeed multi
company tests may run during module installation, notably in CRM. Those tests
generally require to create a new company which is not possible if the column
is required but module not already loaded in registry. This is the case
if for example hr_expense is installed and updating CRM.
When possible, avoid required fields on a such used model as company. In this
case we can easily consider a void value as 'no_send'.
In this commit we simply make the field not required in database but set
a required on the view itself to avoid confusion. That way behavior is still
the same, existing databases are left untouched as all keys still exist
and running tests is smoother.

Before this commit, the amount currency could be wrapped on a
second line (on mobile).
To fix this, we had to find a way to have more space:
- Buttons are now displayed at the top (mobile only).
- Amounts can grow (col-auto) and the other column will take the
space left (col) and add "..." when there is not enough space.
(mobile + desktop)
We also had to remove a button from a div tag in order to display
the buttons next to each other on mobile (buttons are "inline-block"
but div is a "block").
The main flow tour has been adapted accordingly and the typo has
been fixed too...
