Benjamin Frantzen (bfr) 3c310824f3 [FIX] account_edi_ubl: fix incorrect padding in AdditionalDocumentReference 
If the pdf is present in the UBL XML in base64 can have incorrect padding resulting in a crash when saving the attachment. This corrects the padding.

Benjamin Frantzen (bfr) c95a3e20d3 [IMP] account_edi, account_edi_ubl, account_edi_facturx: added helpers to retrieve partner, product and taxes 
When parsing XML to import invoice, different edi will need to find records for partner, product and taxes based on the values on the xml. The helpers avoids code duplication.

Benjamin Frantzen (bfr) 9e3d70c3fa [ADD] account_edi_ubl: module to manage EDI in generic UBL. 
- E-FFF import moved from l10n_be_edi into a generic UBL import.
- [FIX] when importing if LineExtensionAmount is set but not PriceUnit on a move line, the price was not imported.
- Added export to generic UBL 2.1.
