Use the option initial_mode of views when openning a view in 'edit' mode
at first rendering. This fixes a bug with FieldOne2Many widgets whose buttons
were not displayed at first rendering in 'edit' mode (e.g. in the Sales
Team FormView).
Without hidding view.$container, when coming back to Kanban or List
views, it was no more possible to click anywhere on those views.
Fixes the bug introduced by rev c465605049
The sidebar in view pivot was not hidden when switching from view pivot
to another view. Thus, the sidebar content of view pivot was still in a
dropdown of the sidebar of the new view (when this new view has a
sidebar as well).
Also changed the way of switching between views: we now first hide the
current view before creating and displaying the new one. This prevents
weird rendering in the header as well.
Moreover, the task of hidding/showing the view's buttons is left to the
view instead of the ViewManager.
Adapt rev 4a3e5df93a and rev e1cde4d038 to the current webclient
structure. Without this patch, autocomplete widget is completely broken
with multiple viewmanager.
Debian does not allow fetching data from external website at runtime.
This fixes the privacy-breach-generic lintian warnings for Debian packaging.
The removed youtube url was a dead link...
Some .xml,.csv,.po,.woff,.ttf,.png,.eot,.svg had perm 755, provocating
'executable-not-elf-or-script' lintian warning for Debian packaging.
Set permission to 644 for those files.
Also remove unnecessary executable permissions on some .py:
-addons/l10n_fr_hr_payroll/report/fiche_paye.py
-addons/l10n_ro/res_partner.py
-addons/l10n_ro/__openerp__.py
-addons/l10n_ro/__init__.py
-addons/l10n_do/__openerp__.py
-addons/l10n_do/__init__.py
Use the local copy of those libraries instead of fetching them at runtime.
This fix was required for Debian packaging. It fixes the
privacy-breach-may-use-debian-package lintian error.
now, the FieldCharDomain widget should
* correctly display the selected records instead of the whole list
* allow the removal of the current selection in edit mode (by adding
a facet in the searchview)
* allow the selection of a full group when the list view is grouped
also, it correctly now uses the ReinitializeFieldMixin instead of
reimplementing half of it in a buggy way.
a many2many field can open a pop up dialog with different views, such
as form view and list view. when the user click on the create button,
it should hide the list view and display the form view. apparently,
this behavior was hardcoded in the pop up dialog, and broken at some
point between v8 and master.
A proper fix would be to abstract the
view manager behavior as a mixin and use it for the selectcreatepopup
widget, for the one2many view manager and for the viewmanager. But this
will take too much time for now, so a quick fix will do it. (however a
task has been created)

- delete a forgotten print
- allow pg_dump custom dumps to be larger than the available disk size, the
previous commit allowed dumps to be larger than memory, this one remove this
limitation. zip dumps are still limited to by the disk size.
- let the user choose between the pg_dump custom format or the zip format including the filestore
- use file objects to allow dumps larger than memory
- postgres subprocess invocation is now clean and thread-safe, we dont touch the local process environ anymore
- add a manifest to the zip dump format with version information about odoo, postgres (pg_dump doesnt output it) and modules
Unify and refactor exception handling in framework and addons.
The generic `except_osv` is now deprecated, and replaced by more specialized exception subtypes:
- `UserError` (renamed from Warning, as it conflicts with the built-in `Warning`) raised when a non-technical error occurs during a business operation. It could be a missing information in the data provided by the user, or a misconfiguration.
- `AccessError`: raised when any operation is denied because the user conducting it does not have the required access rights.
- `AccessDenied`: raised when an operation that requires authenticated access is attempted via an unauthenticated request.
- `MissingError`: raised when an operation is attempted on a record that does not exist.
- `ValidationError`: raised when an operation violates a SQL or Python constraint.
- All other exceptions are internal errors due to a system problem or bug, and raised untouched to the client-side, which should display a traceback.
All exceptions take a single message argument.
The `test_exceptions` module has been updated to showcase both new and old (deprecated) exceptions.
A great many old `except_osv` had a useless title with "Error!" or "Warning", those have been removed, as this is handled by the client-side widget that displays the messages.
This commit introduces a more consistent policy for logging errors and warnings:
- All messages that do not require administrator attention should be logged at INFO level or lower. This includes all errors that are notified to the user in a friendly manner, even for access right problems or validation errors during business operations.
- All messages that indicate a likely misconfiguration or malicious use by the users should be logged at WARNING level, as they typically require administrator attention.
- All other unhandled internal errors cannot typically be handled by the user and should be logged at ERROR or higher level, as they require immediate administrator attention.
* Only trigger a menu reflow when needed (show/hide planner)
* Do not include webclient and menu; use webclient reference

Also, change the way to switch planner page. Switching keep now the URL fragment of the webclient, and don't use collapse bootstrap class. Fix url builder server side.
and prevent the last breadcrumb to be clickable (revert of 61dec05).
The last breadcrumb clickable to refresh the view is no longer necessary
with the form view icon available.
The weird code on the click handler for switching views is due to the
fact that most views refresh with a do_search but the form view is
refreshed with a do_show. A more generic way to update the view
seems necessary to prevent such artifacts.

Issue was the propagation of contextual values across actions, more
precisely conserving the selected fiscal year when selecting an account
from the chart of accounts tree view: the chart of accounts tree view is
generally opened for a specific fiscal year, and it seemed sensible that
opening an account would show only the journal items for the previously
selected fiscal years rather than all items ever.
PR #649 altered action.read by tentatively evaluating the action's
context, however this has the side-effect of providing evaluated
contexts when creating or editing actions via the UI, usually breaking
them in the process (as the context at this point is basically
nonsensical for the action's purpose).
This backs out the previous fix, and creates a fix restricted to the
tree view's JS (thereby removing the feature for window actions not
invoked from a tree view).

done in list view, this is a button used for boolean fields
used to switch between pending-grey-false and done-green-true.
