This reverts commit 08b2d1f9ac and the
subsequent commit a75533daf2be325e059f0d4badfb0cf3a2f7590f, because they
caused more problems than they solved.
Not only did we get issues with missing footers in some cases, but the
address box also gets misplaced on the left in many layouts.

Closes#31626
08b2d1f9ac was intended so margin on the top of the body worked (it
seems that wkhtmtopdf only started the body from the first visible
elements).
From a subsequent report, on some document template the CSS could have
adverse effect of not showing the footer.
With this changeset, the CSS is only applied on the body which was the
first intention.

With the BS4 update, a traceback occured when clicking on a m2m tag using colors
in a list view.
When using colors on m2m tags, the badge was wrapped inside a `dropdown-toggle`.
However, there is no `dropdown-menu` by default (it is only rendered in FormFieldMany2ManyTags
when clicking on the `.dropdown-toggle`, hence the traceback.
The `dropdown-toggle` class is now only set if necessary.

The margin-top/margin-bottom on a address on the top of the report does
not work because:
- display flex on an address in wkhtmltopdf is not perfectly implemented
and seems to remove vertical margin
- margin-top on the page first visible element is removed
To fix this issue, this code remove the display:flex on the address
widget and add an empty "visible" element at the start of pages.

This rev. fixes 3 issues with async (field) widgets in the kanban
view.
From rev. 5faec34a, widget'$el doesn't exist before start. This
means that for async widgets, one can't interact with the widget's
$el right after calling appentTo. In KanbanRecord, this is exactly
what we did for both field widgets (<field name=.../>) and widgets
(<widget name=.../>).
Moreover, when the kanban view was updated (e.g. when the user
refined the search using the search view), and the rendering was
async (because of the presence of an async widget), the renderer
didn't wait at all for the widget to be ready before updating the
view. This caused flickering, mostly, but also a crash in
accounting with the JournalDashboardGraph widget (because
on_attach_callabck was called before the widget was ready). To
reproduce this particular issue, go to accounting, add a filter
that doesn't match any record and save it as favorite (default),
press F5 (no record is displayed), remove the filter.

Currently tooltip goes out off the screen when the

The present commit splits the tooltip content in

In graph line mode, min and max abs are
displayed beyond the screen when there are less

This is happening because nvd3 fixes their
text-anchor to 'middle'. The present commit fixes
correctly their text-anchors to start and end
respectively by using the '!important' rule (it
seems difficult to do otherwise).

The Actions/Print dropdowns may overflow the screen in case of very long
lists of menu entries, when based solely on the default BS4 styles for
`dropdown-menu`.
The `o_dropdown_menu` class forces a vertical limit and a scrollbar when
this happens, and should be applied to those control-panel dropdowns to
prevent this UI glitch.

dropdowns to BS4.

The formatting of very big numbers (like
1.0045e+22) was not handled adequately by
the function 'human_number' in web.utils.
For those numbers, it seems more appropriate
to use the scientific format. The only
difference introduced here is the following.
Beyond a magnitude of e+21, we represent the
numbers by themselves but we keep the
number of decimals provided as parameter
(or zero by default) and we remove useless
zero decimals like in the other cases.
For instance, 1.0045e+22 is replaced by 1e+22
instead of 1.00e+22 if ask 2 decimals of
precision (and by 1.005e+22 for 3 decimals).
We have also fixed a small bug occuring in the
previous version of the function: the symbol
'E' was never used. So by the past the above
number would have be represented as
10045000P and, even worse, 1.01e+45 by
1.012e+28P.

The commit 6d3ada1
aimed to solve problems occuring whith (single or
double) quotes when creating new custom filters.
Unfortunately, the point was missed and bugs were
still present. The present commit solves the
orginial problem satisfactorily.
There was also a problem in the management of
backslashes. Type '\\' in the search bar would
lead to a domain like
[('...', 'ilike', '\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\')].
This has also been fixed. Note that it is
necessary to input "\\" if one is looking for a
backslash in db (as before).
A remark on the _formatAST function (py_utils.js):
We deescape only the chars `'`, `"`, and `\`
because it does not seem possible to produce a
string in the search view that would intend a
search for a line return or a tab for example.
A general remark:
Domains should always be in normalized form.
In that way they could be manipulated and combined
together without a tokenization/parsing!

The graph view displaying a line chart has had some recent changes in
b23a981320. Now it is of the full width of container but when there is
less than 4 labels (thanks to c4937132a3) the first and last labels may
be cut because they are by default aligned on the middle with its tick
(so for the first label, the half left may be missing, and the last the
half right may be missing).
With this change, we align labels as expected. This could be done in CSS
sheet (with `.nv-axisMin-x > text { text-transform: start!important; }`)
but here it is done only in the given instance.

For many2one fields, 'default_get' only returns the id, whereas
'onchange' (like 'read') returns an array with id and display_name.
Before this rev., when creating a new record, we always called
'name_get' for all many2ones, whether or not their value was
obtained by 'default_get' or 'onchange', i.e. even if their
display_name was already known.
It may just look like unnecessary RPCs, but those RPCs could
actually cause a crash when the user has access to the main model
(and thus can access the display_name of the many2one thanks to
related sudo), but doesn't have access to the many2one comodel.

- on Android: the tabs can only be scrolled by using a two-fingers

When using the datepicker with norwegian locales, the dates are

Before this commit, when opening the calendar view with a specific locale
in the "week" view
the days were translated but the date format was wrong and fell back to english
This was because the translated terms were passed explicitly, but the locale did not
get passed
After this commit, we do what it takes to pass the locale to fullcalendar
and the dates are formatted with the right pattern
Also, there may be a bug in fullcalendar, because just passing the locale in the options
won't work, it should be instanciated first in fullcalendar's "locales cache"

In 3d2ca8104e some change were introduced to the graph view.
But part of it had no sense when displaying data over 2 group by.
eg. if the first level has 2 groups (2018, 2019) and each second level 2
groups (Done,Cancelled), we could have:
2018/Done: 0
2018/Cancelled: 5
2019/Done: 8
2019/Cancelled: 9
this gives us two main groups [2018: 5] / [2019: 17], the code
remove the 2018 because [2018/Done] is 0 so we have something odd
with columns not in order, and in stacked bar chart some part of
a bar at the wrong offset

When displaying a video, with the browser window at a certain size, or
resizing it (or opening developer tools) we could the following error:
"ResizeObserver loop limit exceeded"
This can be reproduced in chromium just with this JS code:
window.onerror = function(e){ console.log(e); };
document.body.innerHTML = '<div><video controls src="v.webm"/>';
The issue only happen if:
- the video server does not support HTTP range requests
- the controls are displayed on the video
- browser size is in problematic size/resized to problematic size
And the error is raised in window.onerror but not displayed in the
developer console.
With this change, we ignore these errors until fixed in chromium.

Before this rev., there was a race condition when the user did
some changes on a form view (triggering an onchange), saved and
clicked on the breadcrumbs to leave the form view (before the
onchange returned). As a consequence, the dialog telling the user
that there are pending changes was displayed. This mostly occured
on the main_flow_tour since the removal of an unnecessary check,
and could be reproduced manually on a slow network.
Basically, the check if there were pending changes was done too
early (before the view was actually saved).
This rev. fixes a concurrency issue in the kanban view spotted by
the Project tour and the removal of the delay in the tour system.
Let's assume the following scenario in a kanban view grouped by a
many2one field with at least one column and with the quick create
feature enabled:
- quick create a new column
- before the column is actually created, click on CREATE in the
control panel to create a new record
Before this rev., the record quick create widget was opened
directly, but as soon as the column was created, the view was
re-rendered, and the quick create widget was lost.
This rev. forces the column to be created (and the view to be
re-rendered) before opening the record quick create.
Before this commit, the web client had a naive strategy to handle lost
connections: it tried to poll the server every 2 seconds until a rpc
succeeds.
This works quite well from the perspective of the user, but may be a problem
from the perspective of the server. If a server is down for a longish period,
then each users active tabs will then perform a request every 2 seconds. This
means that the server will be progressively hammered by many requests, which
will clutter the logs, and make it more difficult to gracefully recover.
With this commit, we simply exponentially increase the delay each time, and add
a little jitter to give a better distribution.
closesodoo/odoo#30136
Before this commit, if a user tries to group a kanban view by a date or
a datetime interval, then tries to drag and drop a record from one column to
another, then the web client crashes. This is actually an invalid
operation, and is supposed to be disallowed. There is already some code
that properly handle the situation. However, the field attribute was
not properly read in the case of fields of type date/datetime.
