We need to use an international word to define holidays and leaves, rename everything into Time Off.
Employees needs a good dashboard and leaves summary

Create a new dashboard with a calendar and a summary of all time off and time off request
2/ Rename leaves into Time Off everywhere
3/ Improve general usability

- Update all the pictures
- Rename the partners with a name that is easy to say for an English speaker (No more 'Agwoleight')
- Update all the addresses/phone numbers in the american format

* amount on analytic lines always refer to amount in company currency of which it belongs to

Currently there is a selection field 'account_type' on the
account.analytic.account model with 2 values : Active or Archived
Let's use an active field instead and add a Archive stat button on the
form. That way, we can remove all the domain ('account_type','=','normal')
which are implicit with the generic active field behavior
