Move share column to base instead of module share.
The column is used to filter some groups and make them hidden from the res.users
form. However, if a module was loaded before the module share (e.g. depends only
from base), when upgraded, the eventual update of a res.group regenerated the
res.user view (to compute in_group_XX fields). This recomputation was done
before the module share was loaded in the registry (due to the dependency graph)
and the override of get_application_groups was not done, including shared groups
in the user form.
As we can not guarantee that a module is loaded, better to move to base module.
As share depends only of mail and is autoinstall, it was installed on most
instances anyway.

The fields were a bit messy. They have been reorganized so that field declarations
are grouped into content / from / to / gateway.
Nothing changed, only organization and some tooltips.
- removed message_summary, a field that computes html containing the number
of unread messages. This field was used only in kanban views. Probably that
in earlier versions of the kanban view this field had a use; however now
we can directly use a counter and use it in the kanban templates.
- message_unread_counter is added, a counter of unread messages computed
in the same time as message_unread. It is now used in kanban views.
Views of several addons have been updated.
for channel-related stuff. mail.channel views as well as timeline views
and actions have been renamed. Now the names follow the guidelines and
will be used in the upcoming refactoring of mail and chat.
model has been renamed to mail.channel to prepare the slack modeling.
In future commits the mail.group model will be merged with the channel
model from im_chat. The first move is to rename mail.group into
mail.channel to have a model that will unite both features.
renamed to mail.channel.
At this point no model has been renamed; only files have been moved.
n mail, mail_group files have been renamed to mail_channel. The
website_mail_group addon has been renamed to website_mail_channel.
Some internal references have been updated (templates, linked files).
In view inheritance, selecting an element based on the attribute `string` is
broken, since this attribute may be translated before the inheritance is
applied. This fixes existing views to avoid such selections.
updated their code accordingly.
Subtype display in the follower widget has been improved: now displaying correctly
subtypes ordered by related model, then internal / not internal, then sequence.
This change is required for new design compatibility because when
toggling the app switcher, the whole content is detached. The app
switcher is toggled once the deferred def is resolved. If def is
resolved before the dialog is closed, the dialog is detached as well,
and re-attached when clicking on another apps. With this rev., def is
resolved once the dialog is closed.
Also fixes the on_cancel() call which wasn't done at the right place.
Starting from now, subtypes can be internal. This means that only employees
(group_user members) can see the messages with this subtype. This feature
replaces and enhances the 'log a note = no subtype = internal only'
feature.
Public and portal users cannot see internal messages. This allows to have
subtypes and a follow mechanism that works for employees and is not
visible for external people.
Its first use will be for Crm Activities, allowing to have custom
subtypes visible only for salesman and not send to the customer.
(leftover of migration). However this implies some fixes in the various calls
to models inheriting from mail.thread. Indeed giving positional instead of
keyword argument creates issues in the wrapper between the old and new
API.
In account_analytic_plan, useless override of fields_view_get has been removed.
As of version 8.0, search_count method has been implemented
Usage in this place is not needed though,
as we just need to know if there are messages in domain,
not the exact number of them.
Due to that we replace method search_count with search and add a limit of 1,
which provides better performances.

Some tests (e.g. mail) have expensive and significant DB setup for a
number of small and cheap tests. Using a TransactionCase, the DB setup
far dominates the tests themselves, by up to 10x (mail unit tests take
~130s on my machine, the tests themselves take ~15s).
The SavepointCase introduced here is an hybrid of SingleTransactionCase
and TransactionCase: it uses a single transaction for all tests in a
class, but each test case is isolated by a rollbacked savepoint. This
allows a common DB setup (via setUpClass) while keeping independent
tests.
TransactionCase should remain the primary test case superclass, but
SavepointCase can be a fair optimisation when setup costs far dominate.
Now there should be only one button box per page, and the name should be
"button_box".
