Denis Vermylen (dve) a82055c911 [FIX] hr_*: Make button box visible to employees 
The employee form view button box should be enabled for employees,
it's up to each button in their respective modules to define
more restrictive groups, and in fact they already do
(see hr_holidays, hr_timesheet_sheet, hr_contract ...)

For example, hr_holidays adds the "Leaves left" smart button
which is supposed to be visible for employees looking at their own profile,
but it was actually hidden because they couldn't see the entire buttonbox.

Also added fixes to buttons that came afterwards and relied on this behavior.

fallback to a simple toggling behavior.

David Monjoie b81d384c52 [IMP][REF] website_hr: add of published mixin, update of displayed 
employees. Website publishers now see all employees + a publish button, like
for other website documents. Other people see the same published employees
as before.

The URL link for employees is not a specific url for each employee but the
about us page.

Xavier Morel e0662b11d0 [FIX] wrap the wrapper in order to allow RTE on all of the page (except the toolbar) 
CKEditor does not work directly on body, and it's a bad idea anyway
(editing the edition toolbar won't end well). 

A big wrapper around all of the page's content can be used as RTE hook
to give access to the body as well as the header and footers.
