During reconciliation wizard, the wizard tries to find the best match with
exisiting unreconciled lines.
When more than one line could be reconciled with the bank statement line, the
oldest line was not selected.
e.g.
- statemement line: 10€
- invoice 1: 10€
- invoice 2: 10€
- invoice 3: 5€
The statement line was reconciled with the 5€ invoice instead of the first one.
This was due to the domain not matching when the exact same amount was found.

used in the signature is not the git committer email, so we
cannot match them.

The `unittest2` package is simply a backport of `unittest` from the
Standard Library of Python 2.7 to previous versions.
There is no reason to use it any longer.

Sphinx.set_translator is a Sphinx 1.3 API, and we only require Sphinx
1.2 at this point. Replace the use of set_translator with explicitly
setting the ``html_translator_class`` config setting.

DB_SOURCE was not defined. FILENAME was to be used.
Also reordered the fields so as to have the most important ones at the
