Thibault Delavallée b9cbb48ca3 [IMP] mass_mailing: improved send_mail method (WIP). Also added 
first fradt of adding an unsubscribe link in the sent emails. Added a controller
managing this unsubscription. It is based on model, res_id and mailing_id, allowing
to find the customer / lead / contact; but the email is added in the link to 
avoid allowing people unsubscribing random people using res_id generation.

cleaning in get_record_data + code cleaning in get_mail_values + management
of the previously introduced method get_default_recipients, to be sure that
in mass mailing an email is effectively sent to a customer / lead / applicant
/ ... because with an ill-configured template, you could have mass amiling
mailing nobody.

Thibault Delavallée 71b146d0ad [IMP] mail: mail_thread: added a method that try to find 
some default recipients for a document. Basically it looks for a partner_id field,
or an email_from, or an email field, and return a dict result used for populating
a creation dictionary, for example.

Xavier Morel a56dc53bea [REM] 4-spaces indent for web view pretty-print-before-save routine 
Didn't quite work right: on the layout, it would exponentially increase
leading spaces in text nodes. Combined with a bug injecting snippets marks in
the footer (and thus invalidating and re-saving the layout at each snippet
addition) this could blow up the layout template and rendered page to >20MB.

Just keep lxml's standard 2-spaces indent.

LXML is unable to pretty print the layout anyway.
