David Beguin 4c9e39cfbd [FIX] website: get visitor tz directly from cookie 
Since tz is now (from 6eb4762fee) added to the client cookie,
visitor timezone can directly be set when creating the visitor, using the
request.

Jstz can be removed as even for module in ENT that used this lib,
we can get the timezone using Intl lib instead.

This will also reduce the number of request made only to get visitor's
timezone.

This commit reverts part of 17e8402523

David Beguin 17e8402523 [IMP] website : store visitor timezone 
In order to be able to send push notifications using recipients timezone,
the visitor timezone is now stored in DB.

The visitor timezone is only updated once, when found_visitor_timezone
cannot be found in localstorage. Once the timezone is updated,
found_visitor_timezone is added to localstorage.

Christophe Matthieu de444335b7 [REF] web_editor,*: Move and rename files to prepare refactoring 
The refactoring of the wysiwyg editor and 'html' field allows us to
move some of the code that was in web_editor but only used in website or
in mass_mailing. Some parts are still in web_editor but will be
moved at a later time.

website_sign is now a backend-only module in enterprise, so it should
not use a website library (even in a static way).

Jérome Maes 6a11f594a8 [IMP] website_slide, website : move the PDFJS library from slides to the website module to allow reusing it in website modules. 
This huge library handle PDF file to display them, count their pages, ... Due to its size, the lib is declared in a separated optional bundle who should be called with a 't-call-assets' only on the page it is required.

Christophe Matthieu 064275d7fb [FIX] summernote lib: the prevent default for mousedown image to prevent ie and ff default 'features' must set the range because the cursor is used for edition. 
Modify the code to use the dom range. Warning for picture because the browser can't target the image but the container.

The previous version of the lib seemed to be in an inconsistent state.
This fix the select2-offscreen class when the page is larger than
10 000px (this situation happens when importing a file with lots
of column).
