Xavier Morel 9a646fce10 [ADD] permanent loading of saved filters 
When selecting a saved filter, its data is now saved inside the
searchview's state, and re-used any time there's a search performed
(until the filter is replaced or the search view is cleared).

Some cleanup of the support code for loading filters
(SearchView.get_filters) also had to be performed in order not to fill
contexts with (potentially incorrect) crap in case the filter is
re-saved.

Thibault Delavallée 89eec3624c [MERGE] Merged with branch modifying the need_action_user_id mechanism. need_action is now a server-side mechanism. Addons only have to inherit from res.needaction to have the possibility to use this mechanism. Overwriting the get_action_user_id method is the way to define when a user_id is requested to perform an action.

Thibault Delavallée 2b72091a60 [MERGE] Merged with branch holding the new need_action mechanism. need_action_user_id is now defined in a mixin class server-side. Objects using this mechanism will only have to inherit from res.needaction and redefine a method giving the user_id requested to perform an action.
