Thibault Delavallée 7dd432cd5d [MERGE] [REF] [IMP] base_action_rule: allow using a resource.calendar to compute 
day-based timing conditions.

[REF] resource: cleaned, refactored and improved code for resource.calendar
module. Old API is kept for backward compatibility.
[TESTS] resource: added tests for the new implementation of the various
methods.

[IMP] base_action_rule: using the resource module, added the possibility
to specify a resource.calendar to compute day-based timing conditions.

[IMP] hr_contract: added an override of base action rule to add the possibility
of using an employees's resource.calendar to compute day-based timing
conditions.

Denis Ledoux 3a6b6dd6df [FIX] hr_timesheet_sheet: save correctly if focus is in a timesheet input 
on_change_unit_amount was called manually in the timesheet widget. Normally, save waits for all on_change to be applied, but in this case, as the on_change its called manually in the js, it was not the case.
The fix is to put all deferreds for which we must wait for in an array, and to wait all deferreds to be done before saving.

This commit replace all occurences of "crm.meeting" into "calendar.event" and "crm_meeting" into "calendar_event".
It remove 2 fields unused from calendar.event model and from the tests.
Add oe_update_date in exclude field, to allow the update of recurrence if field(s) updated are only in this exclu list

Thibault Delavallée 4d73f955a9 [FIX] mail: mail_thread: fixed a bug in subscription, new followers 
could overwrite the subscription of previous followers.

This has already been fixed in saas-2 branch at revision 9079 (revid
tde@openerp.com-20140109131748-hgtflp40pmjhlhu2). But the fix is also
valid for the 7.0 stable branch.

We used to give write access to the email address of the current user, but if the email is not a google account, there is no way for the current user to write on the data (except if the current email address is also the email which has done the oauth activation in the settings).
