Regular employees are added to the timesheets user group
so they can access to the Timesheets modules.
Requiring timesheets users to be HR Officer would almost mean to
require all employees to be HR officer, which is not the case.

Before, the timesheets user group was the
timesheets officer group, and it was the only
group for the module timesheets. There
were no timesheets manager or user group.
This group implied the HR Officer groups,
but it made sense as it was the Timesheets
Officer group.
Now that it is the timesheets user group,
it doesn't make sense to imply
the HR Officer group.
When you change the quantity done of a done move of a product valuated
by standard price in perpetual valuation, the price used to update
create the corrective journal entry is the price unit of the move
instead of the standard price.
This behaviour leads to iconsistancy like having a empty stock and still
have a valuation on the stock valuation account.
To fix this issue, we check if we are working in standard price and use
the standard price of the product instead of the move unit price.
This is usually made through the action of the setup bar but in the test we create manually the wizard, so we have to force the opening entry creation first
Before this rev., it crashed when the user typed a date (actually,
the last character of a date) in the search view (e.g. in
Accounting > Customer Invoices).
Add a setup bar on account's dashboard, so that the user can more easily enter the initial data of his Odoo installation, following the steps that are proposed to him.

This commit adds a feature to the widget Many2ManyTags for kanban
views. When a tag is clicked, records are filtered on the given
tag, in addition to the active filters in the search view.
Commit #71bb9a09f is wrong in case you write on several timesheet at the same time.
Self is multi, when you have more than 1 timesheet, we need to check for each,
if one is of type delivery
