When a mail is in failure state, a red envelope appears next to the message
in a thread but it was difficult to send the mail again.
This tasks will allow users to send mail again easily, or mark notification
as cancelled if the user want to ignore this failure.
A notification will appear in sender systray while mail are in failure.

If the `web.base.url` contains a trailing `/`, the replacement of the
`/unsubscribe_from_list` link won't work since the string to replace
will be `my_url//unsubscribe_from_list` instead of
`my_url/unsubscribe_from_list`.

Currently when you click on send now button or schedule button it will enter
current date as sent_date while the mailing list is still in queue. Actual
sent date will be the date when the mail is sent.

When installing the website with a lang different than the one set
on the user, the button unsubscribe in the mass mailing snippets
didn't work because the unsubscribe link contains the code of the
language. The function send_get_email_dict in model mail.mail didn't
expect this behavior and so couldn't set the right unsubscribe link
in the mail.

If the user configures a default `template_id` for
the `mail.compose.message`,
this template was used by the mass mailing to render the email,
and, among others,
it therefore used the `email_to` of this email template,
to render the recipients,
and it was configured empty or something else than `object.id`,
it did not used the `active_ids` passed in the context to the
`mail.compose.message` `create` call to compute the correct
recipients
To reproduce:
- In developer mode (?debug)
- Open the full mail compose message
e.g. in app sales, open a so, hit new message,
and hit the button to open the full message composer
- Set the template to the quotation template is not there already
- In the debug menu of the dialog, View > Set defaults,
- Click the radio button to all users, and the default to Use template = ...
- Then, try to send a mass mailing. It will fail because it cannot
compute the `email_to` values correctly because the `email_to`
of the quotation template is empty.

Purpose is to lessen query count by avoiding to browse and/or fetch data when
not necessary. This commit does two main things
* first one is to avoid checking for existing statistics in mass_mailing
where only checking existing of a mass_mailing on a mail to send is
sufficient. It allows to avoid fetching data from statistics table;
* second one is to rewrite part of the post_process code called after sending
emails. Using list comprehension and mailing_id existence on mail_mail
allows to save several queries on standard post flows;
Most tests benefit from this code update. On overall community runbot about
3K queries are saved with those small optimizations.
The reified view on the res users will be dropped in the following commit.
The previous commit adds support to define each group as a computed field on the res users.
This commit defines:
- A boolean field for each 'isolated' res.group, i.e. a group in the hidden category.
- A selection field for each 'Application' res.group, i.e. a group in a application category.
Example:
- The group to manage pricelist in sales becomes a boolean field
- The groups project user/manager become a selection field
Commit 0cd656b5af improved onboarding of mass mailing application. Notably
mailing domain computation has been improved. However rewriting has not been
done correctly as there were strange formatting and encoding. This commit
fixes the issue and correctly uses a list to format a domain like expected.

- Assign the category to a newly created partner

- Select a custom domain: ('category_id', '=', 'Test Francais') => it
should match one partner
- Save and validate
Now either:
- manually run the scheduled action "Process Mass Mailing Queue" as
Admin
- wait for the cron to process the mass mailing
No mail will be sent since the domain will be evaluated in the Admin
language, i.e. English. Indeed, the domain
`('category_id', '=', 'Test Francais')` does not match any record in
English.
The solution/workaround is to use the language of the last user who wrote
on the mass mailing.

Purpose of this commit is to allow mass mailing users to select an outgoing
mail sever when performing mass mailing. It includes
* add a field in mass_mailing to select specific outgoing mail server;
it is put in debug mode because it sounds people would not understand
what is its purpose;
* add an option in settings to set a default outgoing mail server;
* give read access to ir.mail_server to mass_mailing users;
This commit is related to task ID 31737.
Send methods of mail.mail model are set private and simplified. Those
methods have been written when a lot of overrides were necessary to
generate notification emails. Since then the flow has changed but
methods have not been updated completely. This commit therefore simplified
a bit the call chain and parameters.
This commit is purely technical and does not hold any functional change.
Purpose is to clean code in order to prepare future changes in mail
application.
Mail thread now holds a method to replace local links by global links.
Let us therefore use it in mass mailing as it does basically the same
job. Adding base tag is not necessary anymore since there are not
local links or images anymore.
Since notification emails are not mail templates anymore they do not go
through the mail_template.render_post_process() method that converts
local links to absolute links. This means that buttons and images were
not correctly displayed in notification emails. Indeed those still had
local links.
This commit fixes that by moving the method directly in mail.thread and
calling it accordingly when rendering the notification email. Note that
the method has been changed in order to use regex instead of html
parser. It is done based on work already done in mass mailing application.
Indeed using parsers is complex and time consuming and may create
changes in the html structure that are not intended.
Next step in master is to go through various link modifications in
mass mailing module to see how to handle them properly. Maybe.
