With this change,
* some modules are now set to be automatically installed by default
* the setup bar of accounting has been changed in order to allow more easiliy the configuration of bank accounts/journals (and the step to oversee the opening entry has been removed)
* the kanban view in the dashboard has been enhanced (mostly for bank journals, but not only)

This allows to set up a mail alias per purchase journal. Then share that email address to your supplier, or use it internally to forward the vendor bills received by mail, to automatically create an empty vendor bill with the mail attachments linked, and the partner might be filled if the source email matches a supplier.
Thanks to the document preview on the side, it's now super easy and super fast to copy the vendor bill info from the received PDF into the account.invoice object. This would eventually be improved later on (IAP).

Some people prefer not to be disturbed by any flashy information. In
this commit, we add an option to do just that. When the 'show_effect'
option is set to false, then the messages that would be displayed by an
effect will be displayed in a notification.
Task #37712

- Create a tax included of 7.7%
- Set the company rounding to 'Round Globally'
- Create a bank statement of 10.70, reconcile
- Add a manual line with the 7.7% tax
An extra line of 0.01 remains.
The remaining amount after subtracting the tax is `0.00499...`, which
is rounded to `0.005` by `Math.round(total*1000)/1000`, and finally
displayed as `0.01`.
The 'Round Globally' setting makes sense for objects containing multiple
lines, such as SO, PO or invoice. In the case of a reconciliation, we
can switch to the 'Round per line' config.

* Reconciliation
Change the way the reconciliation method was written to optimize performances.
Remove the "skip_full_reconcile_check" stuff that is more confusing than helping.
* Object creation
Remove the creation of tax_line from tax_ids in the account_move_line create method.
Remove a bunch of context that were invalidating the cache way too often

- Create the following reconciliation model:
Line 1 is 50% of amount, tax is 20%
Line 2 is 50% of amount, tax is 0%
- Use this reconciliation model to reconcile an amount of 1000.
4 lines are created:
- 2 lines for base amount (500)
- 1 line for the 20% tax (100)
- 1 line for the 0% tax (1000)
Obviously, the last line is incorrect, and should be 0.

Unlike LESS, SCSS variables are not lazy loaded. Our system has thus
to be updated. This commit creates new templates which are t-called
in assets bundles (to replace the old less_helpers template):
- web._assets_utils: regroups the mixins and functions which *can*
(and so should) be available in every asset bundle
- web._assets_primary_variables: regroups the variables (or mixins
used as variables) which *can* (and so should) be available in
every asset bundle
- web._assets_secondary_variables: same as above but provides an
environnement where all the 'primary' ones are accessible. This is
for example useful to handle the community/enterprise split:
// Community primary variables
$o-pink-color: pink; // enterprise color
$o-brand-primary: blue;
// Enterprise primary variables
$o-brand-primary: $o-pink-color;
// Community secondary variables
$o-my-darker-primary: darken($o-brand-primary, 5%);
=> If there was only one variable template, enterprise edition would
have been able to define its primary color at the end but the
darker primary would not have been updated. Using the "!default"
system and putting enterprise definition above would not have
solved the problem as the $o-pink-color would not have been
accessible.
- web._assets_backend_helpers: regroups the variables, mixins and
functions which *can* (and so should) be available in the backend
asset bundle only. This is especially (only?) useful for bootstrap
variables overriddes.
- web._assets_frontend_helpers: regroups the variables, mixins and
functions which *can* (and so should) be available in the frontend
asset bundle only. This is especially (only?) useful for bootstrap
variables overriddes.
Note: bootstrap variables are not accessible in any of those anymore.
If you have variables that should depend on bootstrap, you have 3
solutions:
- Find another way: your variable is probably useless, use bootstrap
variables directly or create a variable that will influence the
value of bootstrap variables. E.g. instead of declaring:
`$myvar: $bootstrapvar * 3`
and using $myvar alone, declare:
`$myvar: 3` and use `$myvar * $bootstrapvar` where needed.
- Declare a copy of the bootstrap variable and use that one. In that
case, you should also force-set the real bootstrap one to be sure
they match (this should be done in appropriate templates mentioned
above). E.g.
```
$o-boostrapvar: 5;
...
$boostrapvar: $o-bootstrapvar;
```
- Set your variable to null and set it to your bootstrap expression
in the file you will need it (where bootstrap variables are accessible)
without forgetting to add the !default flag to allow overriddes.
```
$myvar: null;
...
$myvar: $bootstrapvar * 5 !default;
```
This commit also partly changes the variable names to follow the
convention:
$o-<app_id>-<name> where 'app_id' is the current's app name or a
meaningful unique identifier ("theme" for all themes for example, as
no multiple themes can be installed).
Convert content so that the assets compile on app installation. The
style is still broken after this as the variables/mixins/... are not
defined in the right order (as it did not matter in LESS but does in
SCSS).
This commit basically changes:
- Variables: @var_hello -> $var-hello
- Mixins: .mixin_world() {} -> @mixin mixin-world {}
- Classes used as mixin: .my_class() -> @extend .my_class
- Here there were no other solution than to convert the use of
a mixin call by the use of an extend as a first approximation
- LESS functions -> SCSS functions (e.g. fade -> rgba)
- Move first variable definition before the variable is used
- Still need to make sure last variable definition is at the
right place
Before this commit, some breaking spaces were present in the js code.
Such spaces are misinterpreted and worked by luck.
This has become a problem with exported js bunldes (e.g. the
external_lib bundle in im_livechat).
This commit replaces breaking spaces by regular spaces.
- Removed 'OK' button to save title. Now, title will be saved on focusout or enter key pressed.
- If more than one statements to be reconciled, then title should not be editable.
- If no title for statement display text 'No Title'.
- Improve UI for title to better understand clickable area and fix issue if title is too long.

Before this commit, a client action was simply a subclass of Widget.
This is quite simple, but not really enough for the ActionManager. The
ActionManager needs to handle client actions in a different way that
view actions. Sometimes, it needs to check if a method exists before
calling it.
With this commit, we introduce a new abstraction: the AbstractAction
class, which defines a common API for all actions managed by the web
client.
Note that the API proposed in this commit is just the beginning. We will
introduce other methods in the future, to manage the focus, or the
scroll position, for example.
In 3807e718 demo data were changed which affected the
bank_statement_reconciliation test which didn't expect a BILL/*/0002
line to be used instead of INV/*/0002 line.
Make sure that all propositions/created data will be linked to the company of the processed statement line.

Small fixes on nocontent onboarding screens.
Initial commit: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/a87d761fdbf345ada5dc93e0a686b08a0f5a0417
Details:
- list: centered;
- pivot/graph: centered + empty folder face;
- Dashboard app with nocontent helper;
- Discuss inbox/starred: centered without neutral/smiling faces;
=> no faces because it's too much with animated
rainbow man when emptying the any of the boxes.
- hr_holidays: fixed onboarding screens;
- (technical) dropped obsolete 'o_view_nocontent_container' style;
- manual reconciliation 'nothing to reconcile': centered + inside form sheet;
=> renamed account's o_view_nocontent to o_view_noreconciliation,
so that it doesn't use the style of views.less.
- kanban: nocontent helper above the columns (if any);
- texts "no order to upsell"/"abandonned cart" paragraph split in two.
Before this commit, on the reconciliation widget in Firefox
filtering lines through the input triggered a Traceback
This was due to the use of the absence of a defined "event" parameter on the handler
After this commit, filtering does work as expected

* amount on analytic lines always refer to amount in company currency of which it belongs to
* add analytic groups (hierarchical way to classify analytic accounts)
* analytic tags:
- only present on analytic lines, not anymore on analytic accounts
- can be used to distribue/split an analytic lines among several analytic accounts
- enabled by a dedicated res.group
- added on several objects (vouchers, expenses, analytic defaults...) as well as in bank statement reconciliation widget (manual counterpart and account.reconcile.model)
* bunch of fixes made related to analytic

We would like to make the "no item found" screens more appealing.
Before this commit, it shows a small help tip in the top-left
corner of the screen, just below the "Create" button.
With this commit, these help tips have been replaced by onboarding
screens, which consist of a picture and some text below, both of which
are horizontally centered.
The texts have been slightly changed, so that they are shorter and clearer.

This rev. is the first part (out of 3) of the refactoring of the
ActionManager and ViewManager layer of the webclient.
The main changes are:
- there is no ViewManager anymore, its work is now handled by the
ActionManager itself, but isolated in a specific file ; this
eases a lot of things, as the breadcrumbs handling for example.
- the ActionManager code is converted to the new coding principles
and guidelines ; mainly, children widgets communicate with it by
triggering events up, and not by function calls anymore.
- the ActionManager layer is now testable, and a lot of tests have
already been written.
- the code in other addons has been adapted consequently.
What's coming next:
- introduce the 'AbstractAction' Widget, and make client actions
and view controllers inherit from it ; this widget will
implement a common API that could be used uniformly by the
ActionManager (e.g. restore(), canBeLeft(), renderButtons(),
getTitle()...).
- move the ControlPanel handling from the ActionManager to the
AbstractAction.
This rev. makes the Rainbowman stop listening to event
'clear_uncommitted_changes' on core.bus, as this event is about to
be removed (in a next commit). It was using it to destroy itself
when such an event was triggered (basically, when the current view
was left).
Instead, we removed the option 'click_close' as, when set to true,
which was the default, the rainbowman was destroyed as soon as the
user clicked outside the raibowman.
