Bank statement lines need to be matched with entries; We have to automate this operation as much as possible.
At the same time, create an algorithm that fit everyone needs is quite impossible.
For that reason we will let users choose the rules they want with the improvement of reconciliation models.
Note that we did it only for bank statement reconliation, not for manual reconciliations.

a7a89f3174 introduced a change that broke the invoice iframe.
The #wrapwrap corresponds to the client body, therefore the container must be inside it, and the scrollbar will now be on it instead of on the iframe body.

- Set up a 10 % tax with a 'Tax Due' as 'Based on Payment'
- Create a bank statement of 110, Reconcile
- Create a new AML for the reconciliation using the mentioned tax for an
amount of 100
- Validate
The tax amount does not appear in the Generic Tax Report.
This is a specific case where the reconciliation process creates the
payment itself. Therefore, the tax amount should appear in the report.
To do so, we explicitly send the `tax_exigible` value on the AML, and
propagate it to the tax line.

Remove part in service_mixins who hide this error. Queries must be able
to be canceled for better performance. Also in the case of longpolling,
if the request is not canceled, wait for a server message or the maximum
time (30 sec) to add or delete channels.
In the Manual Reconciliation widget:
- Link 2 entries that do not balance
- Create the write-off line with a tax
When reconciling, the following error occurs:
"It is mandatory to specify an account and a journal to create a
write-off."
Two new lines are sent to the server: the write-off, and the tax of the
write-off. The latter causes the issue, since it doesn't contain the
field `journal_id`.
Actually, the tax of the write-off is not necessary since the taxes will
be recomputed automatically thanks to the context key `apply_taxes`.

Continuation and ending of 1f848bf.
Before this commit, the bank statement reconciliation still sometimes
crashed.
Each step of the tour waits 10 secs before timeout and in this case,
changing URL may take more time since this commit b0a29c9b because
we added 'debug=assets'. It was probably a mistake.
So, removing this from the URL would probably solve the error but
the second step would always be dependent on the first.
It's why we decided to load the tour with the correct URL defined
in Python.

the tour was directly stepping to step2 without waiting for 10s due to empty run function. This was resulting in some random in the build depending on the speed
needed to display the widget.
Before this commit, a textarea would not resize when its value changed if the event was different than "input" or "focus".
This commit fixes it by also listening to the "change" event, and by triggering it at appropriate times.
PR: #26430
Task: 1869469
Suggestions made to reconcile bank statement lines are now more accurate (based on communication and amount)
There's no automatic mode anymore (button + <CTRL+ENTER> shortcut removed)
Partners are set automatically when selecting a line in the widget (that will help the creation of a res.partner.bank for him, for a better partner detection next time)

Purpose
=======
It's way more complicated than the dedicated import mechanism on the dashboard
NB:
There are still no way to hide the import button in a generic way.
This kind of ugly hack has already been done in https://github.com/odoo/enterprise/blob/master/sign/static/src/js/sign_backend.js#L53
This should be removed as soon as such a mechanism arrives.

The direction parameter will now have a real impact on the web interface and
completly switch the direction of the interface.
Add the dependency rtlcss to switch the direction with a css postprocessor.
Two different assets will be generated for ltr or rtl
/web/content/<...>/web.assets_backend.0.css
and
/web/content/<...>/rtl/web.assets_backend.0.css
to be able to differentiate it easily
Adapt the css and views to be easier to switch direction
Render graph as it is, do not move y-axis right side, as per mathematical rule
value goes left from origin are considered negative, so keep graph as it is
for right to left language
add test cases for language direction specific assets bundle
if language direction is rtl then we also store css files in assets bundle
now we store two assets bundle, one for ltr and one for rtl language direction
test two assets bundles generated, also test two assets bundle generated for en_US and ar_SY
Steps to reproduce:
- activate the multi-currency option in the Accounting App
- activate the EUR currency (USD being the base currency)
- create a EUR Bank Journal with an EUR account
- on 31/07 ==> rate = 1.1
- on 08/08 ==> rate = 1.2
- create a vendor bill for Asustek on 31/07 for 39794,40 EUR
- create a vendor bill for Asustek on 31/07 for 61668,00 EUR
- create a vendor bill for Asustek on 31/07 for 33487,70 EUR
- create a supplier payment for Asustek for 134950,1 EUR
- use the payment matching smart button
- match the 3 invoices you entered;
Bug:
Odoo says there is an open balance to write-off and prevents you from reconciling
Expected Behavior: the payment total amount in EUR matches the 3 vendor bills total
amount in EUR so I would expect Odoo to consider I have a perfect match between the
payment and the vendor bills and the difference in USD (base currency) should be
automatically reflected through an exchange difference entry.
if you follow the same operation with 3 invoices of 115EUR each and a payment of 345EUR,
it will work as expected.

Before this commit, the only way to deal with the same tax either with price included or not was to duplicate it, one with the price included checked.
This commit add a new boolean on the reconciliation widget propositions to decide if the tax must be used like a price included tax or not.

Several applications have an index.html file that is used to fill the html
description of the module. However those descriptions are generally not
up to date: they contain outdated screenshots, feature descriptions are
not maintained, ...
Instead we just rely on the discover button that redirects on the application
website. It has more chance being up to date. Moreover updating a website
is easier than updating the index.html of a module.
This commit is related to task ID 47179 and 1861544. Related PR are #22689
and #25556. First one is about classic applications while second one is about
website applications.
