The developer documentation already has a search functionality via Sphinx if
you use the right URL, but it was not exposed in the frontend. This commit ports
the search bar from the user documentation.

*: website_event, test_website
This commit is a series of hacks. The goal is to move the summernote
text tools to the editor panel for the website editor. All the code
to use the text tools in a top bar is kept (mass mailing, etc) and the
text tools are placed at the right place for website in an ugly way.
This is obviously temporary, until we can implement those text tools
more generically and in a better way thanks to the new editor.

See parent commit for information about the scrollbar moved to the
'#wrapwrap' element, which was necessary to achieve this right panel
design. Note: in the future, having the scroll on the #wrapwrap may
not be necessary anymore as the edition might be done in an iframe.

*: web, web_editor, portal, account, website_blog, website_forum
This is probably not ideal to move the scrolling behavior out of the
html element but this will be needed for the editor to not have a double
scrollbar on the right. This is actually also useful for the scrollbar
to appear under the purple odoo menu instead of its right.
This commit, if to be reverted in the future, however contains many
improvements to make the transition easier that should be kept: jQuery
and Odoo functions to be able to scrollTo a specific element, get the
top scrollable element, check if an element is scrollable, etc. Also,
some magic was done: if some code tries to scroll to a specific scroll
position via jQuery's scrollTop or animate functions on the html/body
element, those will still work as intended (obviously, using the new
utils to do that is however recommended).
This commit also reviews our scroll behaviors to make them more robust
and share the code.

This was fixed and rebroken quite a few times. Hopefully, with this

The class is supposed to be placed on elements which are absolutely
positioned over the main scrolling element at the top of the page. It
was wrongly placed on headers as soon as they become fixed while they

This is not the cleanest of fixes because the original code have to
be refactored first but this solves the problem we had *sometimes*
when drag and dropping a snippet then immediately saving (only saw the
bug in automatic tests): same as all snippet options, the operation had
to be mutexed so that saving is done after its full execution.

Previously, shape colors were stored in non-normalized form (eg, would
use the color's name if it was a palette color), this caused some issues
if you chose a palette color for a shape, then changed the palette: the
wrong color would appear in the color picker because it would look use
the color of the current palette instead of the color that was actually
chosen.
This commit also normalizes the case of color strings before comparing
them, as this was causing some colors to be considered non-default
because of different capitalization.

The method _compute_probability has a dynamic depends, that depends on the
crm.pls_fields config parameter. When installing the DB, the depends is
evaluated. If the config parameter is modified afterwards, the depends is not
re-evaluated as the registry is not rebuilt.
The result is that when modifying the config parameter, if an optional
pls_field's value is modified on a record, the compute won't be triggered, as
that pls_field is not in the compute's depends.
This commit force to re-setup the registry after a modification (or the
creation) of the crm.pls_fields config parameter, in order to force the
depends of the _compute_probability method to be updated.

* override `onchange` in res.users in order to properly generate and
send the reified group fields alongside the rest: while default_get
sets them up, those fields then get stripped by the onchange
machinery as they don't actually exist on the model
* add a test to check for it
* fix SSF in relation with the new default/onchange system
- because fields may not actually exist on the record,
`record_to_values` needs to `read` the record data rather than
directly access the recordset: the recordset likely will not
know about fake fields
- after the initial onchange has run the form must be filled with
falsy values in case the onchange has not sent defaults for
everything
- on creation, all fields in the form should be considered modified

Before this commit, the "to followers" message inside the chatter composer was
missing.
Fix also some padding issue.
This also restore the form dialog when you try to send a message to a suggested
recipient that doesn't have a partner (someone in CC email for eg).
But now, suggested recipient without partner are unchecked by default and the
form open when the user try to check them. If the user discard the form dialog,
the suggested recipient isn't checked.
This is better since only a partner will receive a notification.

Checking the log of the runbot error, there is an extra `create_from_ui`
rpc call for `restaurant.floor`. This is because when table T4 is clicked,
it is still an `EditableTable`. It is possible that the full rendering after
toggling edit mode isn't complete and the tour proceeds because it sees
table T4 in the dom, when in fact the table we want to click should not be
`EditableTable` instead a `TableWidget`. This is random because the tour
may proceed as long at it sees the trigger element, even if the owl
rendering is not finished.
In this commit, we make sure that we click the correct element which is an
unselected table. So we check if table T4 is unselected before clicking
table T4 to open the product screen.

This is necessary when a field's dependencies are given by a callable.
This functionality was broken with the support for an explicit parameter
`depends` in the fields' definition, because the implementation could
not distinguish between the field parameter `depends` and the `depends`
evaluated from compute functions.
The fix consists in storing the field parameter `depends` into
`field._depends`, and the result of the setup into `field.depends`.

This is a followup to #57826: turns out discuss isn't necessarily
installed (who knew?), so the tour would break if mail was not
explicitly installed alongside base, which is not great.
So instead of opening discuss to try and fix the profile race
condition, reload the *entire web client* by navigating to `/web`.
Further discovery: async run functions don't actually do anything in
tours, not sure where I got that, maybe used one for the convenience
of `await` then the next time around having decided to wipe any
knowledge of tours I had, I figured it wasn't possible that tours were
so stupid as to not support promises.
So yeah, can't just return a "pending" promise in order to force the
tour manager to wait until the page has reloaded to carry on, that
doesn't work. Instead use marker classes. Also remove the `async run`
I had in the rest of the file to avoid being misleading, use a marker
class for the one step where it probably matters.

Solves https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/56803
Use case:
1) Create accounts ACC TAX A, ACC TAX B, with reconcile = True, internal_type = other
2) Create Tax A, with tax_exigibilty = on_invoice and account_id = ACC TAX A, 20%
3) Create Tax B, with tax_exigibilty = on_payment and account_id = ACC TAX B and cash_basic_account_id = ACC TAX A, 20%
4) Create invoice A, account_id = Tax A, unit_price = 1000, Valide invoice
5) Create invoice B, account_id = Tax B, unit_price = 500, Valide invoice,
6) Register full payment for invoice B. The cash basis tax creates a miscellaneous operation MISC A, containing a line on ACC TAX A.
7) Create a mis operation MISC TVA, like this:
line 1 : account_id = ACC TAX A, credit = 300
line 2 : account_id = 401100, debit = 300
8) Reconcile the following move lines:
line of MISC A with account ACC TAX A (300)
line of invoice A with account ACC TAX A (200)
line of MISC TVA with account ACC TAX A (100)
==> When doing that, not full reconcile object was created between the reconciled lines, while it should have been.

Bug description:
Installing Invoicing on a database whose company is configured in the
SEPA zone, results in installing Accounting
Steps to reproduce on the Runbot:
- Start from a base enterprise database
- Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Companies and configure the
address of MyCompany to the SEPA zone (e.g. Belgium)
- Go to Apps and install Invoicing
- The Accounting application has been installed
Explanation:
The module account_sepa depends on account_batch_payment, which depends
on account_accountant.
The post_init_hook of account, _auto_install_l10n, adds the account_sepa
module to the installation if the country_code of the company is in the
SEPA zone.
The same side-effect is observed with account_bank_statement_import_camt
which depends on account_bank_statement_import, which depends on
account_accountant.
The fix is to remove the installation of these modules from the
post_init_hook of the module account, and add them to a new
post_init_hook of the module account_accountant, that will be in a PR in
the enterprise project.

Chrome recently changed their SameSite policy default value from None to Lax,
the session is no more shared between the webpage and the iframe.
As a result, the csrf check systematically fails.
After this commit, the csrf_token check is only made when you have a session.
In case you are using your form in an iframe on another site, with the new
cookies policy, your cookies with the session_id (linked to the csrf token)
is not sent to the server and the check csrf always fails.
Since the purpose of the csrf is to prevent another website to submit a form
with your 'authenticated account', we can consider that if you are not logged
