Purpose
=======
Having price and discount on quotation template is quite confusing
as it is more the job of pricelists.
In order to make it more simple for the user, we should remove the
fields price_unit and discount from quotation template.
Implementation
========
Now, the public price of a product is used instead of the price from
the quotation template. If a pricelist exists, it is taken into
account as before.
+ Add new tests to check the sale order template behavior.

*** Activate pay and sign, as well as quotation template, by default when using demo data.
Previously, the features would show by default on runbot because they activated on installing modules.
Now that they are settings of sale_management, we need to specifically activate them for demoing. However we don't want them for on-boarding.
*** Remove the default template from sale_management, move it into sale_quotation_builder
The default template was useless in sale_management because it was empty: it was previously a required field, which is not the case anymore.
It was only filled and used in sale_quotation_builder to display an example quotation, which is why it is now moved there.
*** Update manifests
Fix category of sale_quotation_builder and slightly improve its text.

[MOV] move sale_payment into sale
=================================
Almost all use cases of sale require sale_payment down the line.
There is only one case which does not: using sale_management without website_sale or website_quote.
However, since we want to move most of the features of website_quote into sale_management, moving sale_payement first will make the task easier.
[MOV] move website_quote into sale and sale_management
======================================================
We want to use some features of website_quote without having to install the whole module.
The main issue with website_quote was that it had a requirement on website.
What is common to website_sale and sale_management has been moved into sale. This is primarily the sales order portal view.
What is only related to sale_management has been moved into it. This is notably: sales order templates, optional products, sign and pay, ...
Everything that requires website has been moved into a new module named sale_quotation_builder. This is related to using the HTML builder to customize the quotation view.
Models, files and routes have been renamed to better convey their purpose and to follow guidelines more closely.
[IMP] merge sales order portal views
====================================
The old sales order view on the portal has been merged into the one from website_quote. The new view contains features of the two.
A lot of fixes and improvements have also been done, related to BS4 issues but also to improve the sales order view in general.
[IMP] add new settings
======================
The commit adds new settings related to activating the features that previously were activated by installing website_quote.
PR: #26345
Task: 49205, 1838924
Purpose of this commit is to send sales details KPIs in digest email. Those are
added in the default digest template.
This commit is linked to task ID 30655 and PR #18318.
PURPOSE
=======
Currently we can choose to load the xmlid of a menuitem if web_tour is installed by setting the attribute `load_xmlid=True` on the view.
This is strange for 2 reasons:
- Searching all the ir.model.data on menuitems with load_xmlid=True to compute its xmlid, searching the related subtree on the returned structure of the method load_menus is quite complicated for the perfomance gain (if there is any perfomance gain to do it)
- This is not working in community in frontend, as only the root menuitems are loaded, thus it is the `load_menus_root` instead of the `load_menus` that is called. This issue prevent a tour step to be displayed correctly on community and enterprise on a menuitem.
SPECIFICATION
=============
Remove all the `load_xmlid` attributes and the related mechanism and move it into base to always load the xmlids for all the menuitems. It won't bee to heavy as the result is cached.
It's better the keep the current mechanism (Load the xmlids from ir.model.data and insert them into the tree) as we only make 1 search to the ir.model.data
Purpose
=======
Don't display sales app icon in Odoo homepage when installing ecommerce (only website should be visible)
it's confusing to have sales icon -> where do I manage my sales? In sales or in website? -> in website
Specfication
============
We need one new modules to add Sales menus to the homepage. Currently they come with "sale". So when installing "website_sale", we get them (because sale and account are dependencies of website_sale). We don't want that anymore. Along with that you need to replace modules in Apps menu:
sales menu items must be in the new sale_management module, no longer in sale
- create new app "sale_management"
- Currently 3 app icons when installing ecommerce (Sales, Invoicing, Website) -> too many icons, where to start? -> GOAL: Only 2 icons > Website, Invoicing
- new module to display Sales Icon (like account_accountant): "sale_management"
- move menu items to sale_management
- sale, sale_management: move app description, rewrite the manifest file
- sale, sale_management: move tour from sale > sale_management
- Changes in some dependency module "sale" > "sale_management" modules: event_sale, mrp_repair, pos_sale, report_intrastat, sale_crm, sale_expense, sale_stock, sale_timesheet, website_quote
Menu items to move 'sale' --> 'sale_management'

This reverts commit 9ab421d99a.
We should use the active field on the ir.ui.menu with the root menuitem instead of moving all the menuitems into a new module
