Purpose is to clean the use of tracking parameters on fields. Parameters are
merged and is now tracking=<int> or tracking=True.

Closes : #29566

- Create 2 companies A & B
- On a product P, define 2 suppliers (same vendor), one for each
company, but with a different Vendor Product Code
- Create a PO in A for P
Both supplier codes are proposed in the Many2one widget, while only the
code for A is expected.

The received quantity on Purchase Order line can be compared
to the delivered qty on Sales Order line. It is now time for
both to share the same mecanism (introduced in
3bf8a62e0d).
This commit sets `qty_received` as a computed field, depending
of a method (`qty_received_method` field) to compute it. The
value can be computed based on
- manual value; for services (all the time), and consummable
products (when stock is not installed).
- stock moves; for stockable and consummable products (when
stock is installed)
This is now easier to extend the way the received quantity
need to be computed (like in sale).

Before that, when receiving, then invoicing with price diff, the value in interim account corresponded to the price on the invoice instead of the original valuation one.
Scenario to reproduce the issue:
* create PO with 1 product, FIFO valuation, price=10
* receive PO: the entry in stock interim account has debit=credit=10
* create invoice, with price=15 instead of 10
* the invoice entry should be: payable: C=15 ; price diff: D=5 ; interim account: D=10
==> Instead, we had payable: C=20 ; price diff: D=5 ; interim account: D=15 => this was wrong
Also added a test case for the same scenario, verifying the amounts written in the different accounts (and refactored a bit ValuationReconciliationTestCase for easiness)

If a supplier had a refund, it was not included in the supplier invoice count
nor in the results in the statbutton
On the customer side, fields like total_invoiced works on both the out_invoice
and out_refund
This commit adapts the business code to changes introduced by
the parent commit in order to keep the same behaviour as before.
All readonly=False fields will have to be checked afterwards to confirm
that the business case requires write access to the source field.
Purpose: improve understanding of partner and product models as well as their
daily use. This is done by improving tooltips and labels of some fields
according to business logic.
This commit is related to task ID 1880696 and closes PR #27133 .
Thanks to @xmo-odoo for its in-depth review.
Purpose of this commit is to improve settings by improving labels and
section titles. Purpose is to ease use of settings by users and make
it easier to understand.

Overwrite vendor reference only if there is a PO linked to the bill.
Otherwise, any addition of product will erase what the user just typed.
Closes#26734
Create a PO and assign any string to the Vendor Reference field. Confirm
and create an invoice.
The Vendor Reference field on the invoice is empty, while it is expected
to be filled in.

Before this commit the user add to click on vendor bill
button that redirect him to an empty list view where he has
to click on create. Now, vendor bill show a list view of existing
invoice and it exists a new button create bill that directly create
a new invoice with missing delivered product.
It also order button in order to put primary buttons first in the
header.
The tour is modify since the stat button is invisible if the PO does not
have an invoice linked. Instead it clicks on 'create bill' button.

No advantage to group a search on purchase.order and another one on
account.invoice.
Avoid potential access errors if a user has access to one model but not the
other one.
Closes#25761
- Set 'Product Price' accuracy to 5 places
- Create a PO for a product to a new supplier
- Enter price at 3.14561 / unit
Supplier info entry rounded to 3.15, while it should be 3.14561.

The field move_dest_ids is now defined in purchase_stock (since the split at
rev 8d4609a1db)
The line was added in purchase at f6b3247c31 in 11.0 but incorrectly forward
ported.
This commit only moves the code to the appropriate module.
Usecase to reproduce:
- Set a product buy and MTO
- Create a SO with it and cancel it
- All the pickings are cancel
- Cancel the PO
- The picking that generate the PO is set to confirm
The picking should remain in cancel state
It happens because the button_cancel method still
consider the canceled moves.
This commit only modify destination moves if they still
require an action from the user.
When the quantity of a purchase line id is changed, the unit price is
set to 0.0 if the PO partner has a seller line on the product and the
quantity choosen on the line cannot get a seller.
TASK-34233
In purchase we add a stat button that counts the number of purchase
orders linked to the product.
In this commit we change this count to count the quantity of products
linked to a purchase order.
We basically do the same thing with the stat button of sale (sale
orders) and mrp (manufacturing orders).
From this commit onwards, Date fields will return datetime.date objects and Datetime fields will return datetime.datetime objects, this implies a number of things that are clearly explained both in the ORM API for master.
This commit also introduces a number of helper functions for dates and datetimes that are exposed in tools.date_utils and fields.Date[time], explained in the documentation as well.
Task-ID: 47189
The `active_id` when clicking on "Receive Products" on a purchase order
is the one of the purchase order.
But the action used has a context with:
```
{
'search_default_picking_type_id': [active_id],
'default_picking_type_id': active_id,
'contact_display': 'partner_address',
}
```
So the active_id should be a stock.picking.type and not a purchase
order, thus:
- we could get an error at some instance (eg. a refresh) when loading
the facet of the stock.picking.type with the ID of a purchase order
- we could erroneously show a facet for a stock.picking.type with the ID
being the same as the purchase order
So this commit uses the same action without the offending `active_id` in
context.
