There was one tax group per tax which was strange, so remove all duplicated tax group and only keep one tax group per tax percentage (0%, 6%, 12%, 21%) closes odoo/odoo#32517 Signed-off-by: Quentin De Paoli (qdp) <qdp@openerp.com>
Each tax is linked to a tax group. Each tax group is display separately with the corresponding amount when the business reports (invoices/sale orders) are printed. NB: Because each tax is now linked to a tax group.
