Cash rounding only allowed for one account to be specified => Belgian accounting requires 2 types of account depending on whether the rounding line on the invoice is a + or - amount.
On cash rounding config (account.cash.rounding), one account is added (many2one). Existing account is renamed Profit account, new account is named Loss account.
The loss account is used when rounding line has a negative amount, and vice versa for profit account (account.move).
If no Loss account is set, only Profit account is used.

There was no way to exit the 'cancelled' state of an account.payment.
The new live-cycle is:
- draft -> posted -> sent -> reconciled -> cancelled
- action_draft to move the account.payment from ('cancelled', 'posted', 'sent', 'reconciled') -> 'draft'
- cancel to move the account.payment from 'draft' -> 'cancel'

To prevent having holes between statements and for better usability using import and synchronization
we try to automatically set the starting and ending balance based on the previous existing
statement.
To do that, we added a new field previous_statement_id so that whenever we change the ending_balance
of the previous statement, we recompute the starting balance and ending balance of the current statement.
Also creating a new statement in between 2 others statements will automatically set the correct value
to the starting and ending balance of that statement and all the statements afterwards.
Exception: creating a statement by hand won't automatically set the balance_end_real, however if you
create one between 2 statements, the balance_end_real of next statements will be recomputed

When you create an invoice, you can register a payment to mark it as
"paid".
Before this commit:
- You can't send & print the invoice anymore.
After this commit:
- The button send & print is displayed
The second "send & print" button's domain was incorrect.

Task 2074811
Allow to specify on an account the journals that can be allowed
Example of use case :
* I create an IFRS journal and some specific IFRS accounts
* I want to make sure that the accounts I configured for the IFRS are
only use to make entries in the IFRS journal
In this commit we also prevent from changing the configuration of a
journal if there are account.move.line that should not have been allowed
to be created with the new configuration.

This commit is making sure that the exception activities filters are
only defined where it make sense (i.e. where the system can actually
create an exception activity).
We have therefore removed 'exception activities' filters where the
system won't be creating any.

Since Odoo 9.0, the `return_label` in url was not working anymore.
What it did before 9.0 is add an item in the breadcrumb which once clicked
would redirect to the frontend.
This was handled in the `do_load_state` of the action manager in JS.
We don't need to reimplement that behavior as now we have the 'Go to website'
stat button. Thus we remove the code.

Due to the merge of account.invoice.line and account.move.line
some views doesn't exist anymore.
On desktop, we only need editable list view to do the job but
it's not the case on mobile!
On mobile, the kanban view is loaded instead of "tree" and
the form view is opened when we add a record.
Before this commit, the corresponding form view wasn't usable
on mobile and some fields were hidden like product_id.
As kanban view and form view are important on mobile, we get them
back like on saas-12.3. So the workflow is quite similar as before.
Steps to reproduce:
* Open Odoo in mobile
* Go Accounting App
* Create a new record
* Add a new line
* There is no product field (BUG)

The tax lock date no longer blocks the user when creating a journal entry priors to it.
Instead, the accounting date is moved automatically during the validation to the next
available date.
This commit also brings more flexibility when dealing with the tax lock date. Indeed,
the error is now shown only when adding something impacting the tax report that was not
always the case before (e.g. adding a new line not affecting the tax report must not
raise something).
Others check has been also refactored to be more consistent with the "fully editable" mindset.

This commit deletes account_cancel module and squash it into account.
The 'update_posted' field is changed by 'restrict_mode_hash_table' field.
If 'restrict_mode_hash_table' is true, you have a hash chain on your account journal.
These hash chains prove the inalterability of your accounting.
l10n_fr_certification module is deleted and all hashing method are moved in account module.
Now, you can download a PDF report about your inalterability in the company settings.
If you have l10n_fr or l10n_post_cert installed you have more information on this report
like the inalterability of pos orders, etc.

Having this field required in the view forbade the 'send for digitalization' button of account_invoice_extract to work, as it could be empty there (as the invoice was created via .create({})). The constraint defined in the view was checked before executing the code related to the button and caused everything to fail before running anything.

Before this commit, the field cash_basis_base_account_id, used
to keep track of the base on which a tax a computed for cash basis entries
was required in the tax form view
Since this account can be absent, and will be most of the time, and that
an account is retrieved anyway in the move creation process it is safe
to remove the required attribute in the view
After this commit, the field is not required in view anymore

On the pivot view, there is the following unsigned measure fields:
"account_tax" and "account_untaxed".
It can cause mistakes since for example the sum of a invoice an its
full credit note should be zero, but here it will be double the amount.
So here we complete 97aec9f8 for two fields that were still available.

There are too many image sizes. Since they are stored resized this takes time to
generate when saving a new image, it's more rows on the attachment table, more
files on the disk, ...
64px is close enough to 128px that it can be removed without a big impact on
download size.
It will even reduce download and number of requests when both images are
displayed because now only one has to be downloaded and then benefit from cache.
The difference between the two is typically around 1.5kB which is negligible
these days, especially when the request overhead is around 0.5kB already, not
even taking into account other factors such as latency.
If a 64px image must absolutely be returned, it is still possible to pass the
size parameters to the image route. But the current guideline is to handle
resizing in the views when necessary.

- remove width and height attributes when existing CSS rules are overriding them
(eg. `.oe_kanban_avatar` in the right context)
- add CSS rules instead of width and height attributes when possible
- use `object-fit: cover;` where width and height are forced to avoid distortion
of non-square images
- for products, use `object-fit: contain;` instead, keep ratio but without crop
- add new CSS rules where the expected size was max 64px*64px before due to the
image size itself
- remove `img-fluid` where using size classes to avoid conflicting rules
