With this commit, all instances of errors being raised inside
`BaseModel.unlink` overrides are moved into methods decorated with
`api.ondelete` which is safer.
- Install accounting app
- Go to "Charts of Accounts" view by setup panel
- Create a new record
A traceback occurs because `self.ids` is empty in the context of the
creation of a new record.

This provides a better API to search for records by name without the
formatting part (`display_name`).
This also simplifies all the overridings of `_name_search` that no
longer need to call `name_get()`. The call to `name_get()` is done in
method `name_search` in a generic way.
There are inconsistencies in the m2o accounts create & edit behavior.
New off-balance account type was not correctly filtered
This change correct those two issues

When default_get is called, the wanted fields are specified through the
fields_list arg. It is useless to fill the values for unwanted fields.
As default_get is called for nearly all records creation, simplifying
the default_get overrides:
* remove potential wrong side-effects of the values
* remove some useless or wrong defaults computations (searches, refs,
...)
When more than one parameter is present in a message, it helps the
translation to use named placeholder. This way, the order can be
changed. It also helps the comprehension of the message.
Using a few regex like
\((_\(.*%s.*)(\) % )([\w\[\]][\w .\[\]\(\)'"]*)\)
($1, $3))
Old syntax is still compatible but starts the migration to the new
syntax that catches error.

1/ In the accounting dashboard, maximum one primary button per box
2/ In all boxes : "Sample data" must be removed. (Too obvious)

* Opening date and fiscal year end must be on a same line.

* Check that the incremental number is added as a suffix of the name

7/ Vendor Bill (list view)
* Status must appear as a Tag ; like it is already done in "Payment
State"
* Rename "Payment State" into "Payment Status"
8/ Bank journals
* On the bank journal level, if bank feed is set to synchronization,
then while selecting that journal from the accounting dashboard, then
directly go to the statement lines rather than the bank statement
itself.
* In the bank statement's account moves, remove the button duplicate.
It is enough to have it in the actions.

As _toggle_reconcile_to_true updates the amount_residual on unreconciled
move lines linked to the account, _toggle_reconcile_to_false must
set the amount_residual to 0.
However as the SQL query is broken the update fails and move lines
supposed to have 0 as amount_residual still have the value.

Add sudo in base to allow a unpriviledged user to interact with
ir.property in a safe way usingsetters and getters.
By making them callable without sudo, we encourage to use these
methods instead of making CRUD requests on ir.property directly
For other specific search where no native method exists, add sudo
If we try to load a csv file with opening values for the anuaffected
earnings account, there will be errors because when trying to balance
the move, we filter the lines on that account and we don't expect there
to be multiple lines in it.
