Anael Closson a715669182 [FIX] OPW 576692 : Exported timezones were not specified, and CalDAV clients like mozilla lightning recognize timezone as local instead of UTC. 
The timezone modificator is now included in the serialized caldav event without timezone change (instead of not being added to the time part of date fields), and should be recognized by caldav clients as UTC.

Step to reproduce :
* install caldav module
* configure software (for example mozilla lightning) to synchronize via caldav
* add events
* synchronize the external calendar software

buggy results : time values are UTC equivalent of local time instead of being local time
patch results : time values are the same as shown on OpenERP calendar

Thibault Delavallée 9b9bdae9e0 [IMP] composer: attachments are attached to the mail.compose.message record, not the related document anymore. This way, when deleting the mail.compose.message, attachments will be unlinked. Added deletion cascaded to res_model and res_id = 0, because of attachments added on a not-already-saved composer. BTW, cleaned mail/__openerp__.py.

Xavier Morel 24e1f6991d [FIX] o2m breakage introduced in xmo@openerp.com-20120903131744-xfnxpqgn4ixbi7e9 
BufferedDataSet#read_ids expect coherent between #cache and
#to_create, patch removed a record from #cache which was in #to_create
leading to not being able to create new records in editable o2ms:

* The record would be inserted in #cache and #to_create
* The listview would reload the record
  - Evicting the record from #cache
  - And re-reading the record
  - Leading to breakage

Don't evict records locally edited from the cache, the server probably
doesn't know about it (at all) or we can assume the server's outdated,
so the local version remains the "correct" one and there's nothing
more recent to fetch.

Xavier Morel ad670b6887 [FIX] field-selection UI in import table: replace jquery-autocomplete by select2 
* jQuery autocomplete requires complex hacks to work out and look
  select-ish
* select2 is more straightforward to use for people
  expecting <select> as it's styled similarly to a (non-standard)
  select
* select2 includes built-in support for groups, no need to hack it via
  interspersed fake options
* select2 provides a nice [x] button to remove the current choice
  without having to e.g. manually remove the content of the input

Why select2 instead of Chosen? Because Chosen isn't really setup to
work from array data, it wants selects serialized in the DOM, and
while the webkit bug I'd identified previously (see web client
revid:xmo@openerp.com-20110922085812-3u1esk6czraskm01) seems fixed in
the very latest webkits, it's still present in e.g. Safari 5.1 which
I'm using. So there.

And chosen's APIDoc is almost as bad as OpenERP's.
