Thibault Delavallée 9e2c08219d [REF] hr_recruitment stage management cleaning 
Using stages and states is not easy to manage. Indeed those two fields mess with the same basic concept. This task remove the state on hr.applicant model, leaving only stages.

Main features:
- removed base_stage inheritance on hr.applicant model
- removed state field on hr.applicant model
- removed state field on hr.recruitment.stage model
- removed date field on hr.applicant model, not used anywhere; other date fields are considered as sufficient
- added date_last_stage_update on hr.applicant model, holding the date of the last stage change, allowing reporting and analysis on time spend in stages
- date_open is set when assigning an user to the applicant; date_open now means assignation date

This allows to remove nearly all buttons on the form view. As the statusbar is clickable, the only remaining action is to create an employee from the applicant, which is a link button in the form view.

Subtypes have been updated :
- new applicant: stage_id.sequence=1
- other: stage change

Misc:
- [IMP] views accordingly;
- [IMP] reports accordingly, added date_last_stage_update in reports;
- [IMP] subtypes: New, Stage Changed and Hired are kept;
- [REM] removed some tests because they are not applicable anymore;
- [DOC] doc directory + changelog + stage explanation;
- [REM] removed hired.employee wizard

Thibault Delavallée d856755e72 [REF] crm, crm_claim, crm_helpdek: removed inheritance from base_stage and first cleaning of stage/stage management. 
Most of state update methods are removed (like case_cancel and case_reset). This is because we are moving towards removing state and the related methods where stage is already present. Also removed some dead tests about case update.

Some methods are added back from base_stage like case_escalate, to remove the inheritance.

[CLEAN] crm, crm_claim, crm_helpdesk: misc cleaning in modified files/methods about spaces and unused variables

[DOC] added doc directory + changelog

Olivier Dony eae2321cd2 [FIX] ir.ui.view: properly validate newly created inheriting views 
When a new inheriting view is imported during a module
  installation, it is validated thanks to the _constraints
  on the ir.ui.view model. However the validation uses
  a rather convoluted system for validating the whole
  view tree at once (root view + all inherited changes)
  while only taking into account the views that belong
  to modules that are currently loaded.
  
  This complicated system is necessary to be able to
  operate on-the-fly at any point during the registry
  loading/initialization.
  
  Now because _constraints are checked during create()
  this particular validation happens *before* the
  external ID (ir.model.data entry) of that new view
  can be created (it obviously needs to wait until
  the view record is inserted). As a consequence the
  view validation cannot determine the module to
  which that new view belongs, and was erroneously
  ignoring it.
  Changing the view filtering to also include views
  from unknown modules fixes this transient problem,
  and also means that manually created inherited
  views will be validated during module init too.
