When approving a leave, to make an informed decision, it might
be needed to check leaves already taken by the employee or leaves
of its collaborators. This commit adds a widget displaying some stats
in a leave form view. Stats displayed are:
- the number of days taken
by the employee this year, grouped by leave type
- Leaves taken by employees in the same department in the month
of the leave.
This widget is only displayed in the context of the action leading
to leaves to approve.
This commit improves screens usability in the Time Off app.
The following points have been changed:
1. For leaves and allocations, add buttons on the kanban
card to directly approve or refuse if it's not already
validated.
2. On the leave kanban card, only display the dates,
not the full datetime.
3. Add a description to the activity created when a
leave/allocation needs to be approved by someone.
4. Allocation are now sorted in the list view, more recent firsts.
5. In the allocation form view, add a stat button to know
how many leaves has been allocated and how many has been taken
for the allocation leave type. The button redirects to the employee's
leaves of the leave type. Only shown for holiday type 'emloyee'.
6. In the leave form view, there are currently two duration fields
for managers. The readonly duration is an informative field for regular
employees and the editable duration is meant for managers, it's used if
the number of days needs to be manually set for some reason.
Make sure the manager only sees the editable duration fields.
7. From "My Dashboard", the creation form view should not be the
manager form view (default view) which has additional unecessary fields
when requesting a leave for yourself (`employee_id`, `holiday_type`, ect).
It's now showing the form view for regular employees.
Task 1961713
This commit adapts the leave request form on mobile.
Dates fields didn't take all device width.
As it's not a critical issue, it's up to the customer
to update this mobule to apply this fix.

When a new allocation is requested from the leave dashboard,
the page is not reloaded. Therefore the displayed data is not
up to date with the new allocation count.
This commit makes the page reload after each new allocation.
When on leave, the im_status can be either leave_online or leave_offline.
This will allow to display a specific icon and a default message when the user
is not at the office.
The leave can have an out of office message. This message will be displayed
in the chat window instead of the user ooo message, and the end date of the leave will be displayed too.
Technical details.
Right now the im_status access leaves directly to know if a user is on leave or not.
An index has been added to optimise this request (thanks to rco).
A solution to optimise this would be to compute part of the information in a cron.

Several applications have an index.html file that is used to fill the html
description of the module. However those descriptions are generally not
up to date: they contain outdated screenshots, feature descriptions are
not maintained, ...
Instead we just rely on the discover button that redirects on the application
website. It has more chance being up to date. Moreover updating a website
is easier than updating the index.html of a module.
This commit is related to task ID 47179 and 1861544. Related PR are #22689
and #25556. First one is about classic applications while second one is about
website applications.

changed the odoo interface violet by changing the main LESS variable
but forgot there was many direct occurences in XML/HTML/... (for
example for the mobile browser color).
Even if it's community the odoo interface violet is used at many places
(module description, XML demo data, ...).
