Xavier Morel 7049024898 [FIX] translation of advanced filter strings 
* Made title of group ('Advanced Filters') available for translation
* Fixed translation mark for advanced filter operators (class level, need to be lazy)
* Re-extracted translation strings

and marked selection strings of boolean search widget while at it

Olivier Dony ed53ef4761 [IMP] float_utils: fix HALF_UP rounding according to discussions on bug 882036 
Also improved test and added warning logging when
crossing the precision limit due to too many
significant digits. There is apparently a limitation
in Python's float implementation for this.

Olivier Dony 250772d403 [FIX] read_group: NULL->False for grouped boolean fields 
We need to coalesce NULLs to False when grouping
boolean fields, otherwise we get duplicate groups
sharing the same rows.
