In some situations it is important to protect the Odoo service from
direct access from the internet, or to protect internal network
resources from the Odoo server itself.
This is heavily dependent on deployment requirements, and for standard
installations on a public cloud system, this may not be necessary.
Yet it seems useful to mention it in the deployment recommendations,
as it may not be obvious to our users.
Our thanks to Ameya Darshan for raising this concern!

The typical command to launch odoo in the install documentation is usable as it is after following the complete instructions.
There is two changes done here:
- Remove the ../my_modules from the command, as it is a directory not used in the page at all.
- Remove the db-filter option not mandatory since the 11.0 version and add a '-d' argument. This will create the db instead of showing the database selector to the reader.

This commit corrects erroneous instructions in the documentation page for the installation of Odoo.
Additionally, the following changes are made:
- Add new instructions where the steps were not clear or complete enough.
- Replace some installation flows for an easier onboarding.
- Rework some parts of the page structure and display.
- Add a "running odoo" section for Mac OS.
- Fix display error in views.rst

Since Odoo V13, ES6 is supported and we therefore do not support IE 11
anymore.

Someone new to Linux can run into problems when some system dependencies
are missing. There is a single sentence warning talking about those hard
dependencies and it does not explain how to install them.
Added two § containing the missing `apt` commands required to install
the dependencies on a fresh debian minimal install.

In 12.0 it was 3.5 but for 13.0, it is acceptable 3.6.
Debian Buster has 3.7 and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS has 3.6
This will avoid undeterminist errors with OrderedDict
CentOS 7 still does not ship python3 by default but it is possible to
install it and CentOS 8 with python 3.6 was released in septembre 2019

Prior to this commit, the documentation page for the installation of Odoo had lots of inconsistencies, errouneous information and a bad structure.
This commit restructures the page to split the Source Install chapter into three sections for Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
Each section is entirely rewritten to be accurate, logical, clean, easy to understand and focused on its purpose (removed tutorials of non-Odoo softwares).

We now support version 0.12.5(.1), which is available for all recent Debian and Ubuntu versions,
and contains quite a few bug fixes. An up-to-date version of Odoo 10 or later is required, for
pixel-perfect compatibility with the result of 0.12.1.3.

After the Odoo package is built, the package.py script uses a Docker
image to test the package. After that python3-qrcode was added as a
dependency for the package in 2ff49c5f , it revealed some issues.
A missing cli parameter and a forgotten '&&' in the Dockerfile prevented
the installation of the depending packages.
Also, the script shebang was wrong by launching python2.
Finally, the fact that python3-xlwt is missing in Debian stretch was
highlighted. With this commit, the python3-xlwt is explicitly removed
from the dependencies and the documentation is updated accordingly.

* add newline to fix warning
JS doc parser:
* fix handling of already-resolved objects
* fix handling of non-string properties (e.g. foo[0] at module toplevel)

Others:
* add translator support for ``problematic`` node (apparently used for
some refs by recent Sphinx)
