Rename 'Serial Numbers' menuitem into 'Serial Numbers / Lots'

Remove doublon menuitem for action 'product_uom_form_action'
In this test, we set the incoming picking type not
to require any lots. The outgoing picking requires lots
and should convert the stock without lot into stock with lot.
Instead of using 2 security groups to make sure
internal pickings are not shown in the dashboard
when not in multiple locations,
picking types are deactivated when the warehouse
is one step in/out and not in multiple locations.
That way it will work the same for other kanban views.
The colors of the kanban view are also changed.
When moving pack operation with lots:
The system will still take the quants that are reserved with lots first.
What changed, is that, secondly, it will take reserved quants without lots.
Afterwards it can use the traditional methods to check the non-reserved quants for every lot.
The function field selected_seller_id is removed and must be replaced
by a direct call to method `_select_seller`. This is more conventional
than the previous 'browse with context' way of doing.
We introduce a new field on supplierinfo: product_id. Thanks to this
field, the vendor information which will be used in a purchase order can
be specific to the product variant.
A modification done in the product form has been reverted probably
by accident, leading to linking a removed action. The intended
action has been put back.
As procurement_jit has been optimized (by running multiple procurements at once),
it does not make sense to still have a module that without it, does not generate Pick > Pack > Ship
automatically, but only Ship. We can do it anyways.
That way, the procurement_jit module can become clearer in its functionality to the user: when
a sale order is confirmed, it will automatically reserve the picking from the stock location (in case of MTS)
and people who don't want that functionality can still immediately have the Pick > Pack > Ship.
Make sure also push_apply works with manually created pickings.

The button Inventory Adjustement is also changed to Update Qty On Hand
as an inventory adjustment would expect a total inventory.
These buttons do not need a variant security group.
The incoming and outgoing quantity give more information on the forecast
button immediately.
The stock move view (Traceability statbutton) should not allow for creating or editing immediately.
