Before this commit, components used `el` and `trigger` but this works
thanks to LegacyComponent. LegacyComponent has been introduced to ease
the transition from owl 1 to owl 2.
This commit replaces the uses of `el` by `useRef` and `trigger` by
adding callback in props. Without these owl 1 features, components
no longer need to extend LegacyComponent.
This commit also adapts the tests to use `getFixture` instead of `el`.

Following new policies in terms of product design-language, this commit
will partially revert 546477d reducing the number of `oi` icons.
It will also improve rendering when icons are rendered at our default

Since fontAwesome will coexists with `oi` longer than expected, the
commit will also review size utility-classes in order to get consistent
result when used in conjunction with fa's ones (notably `fa-lg`).

With owl2, the `el` of components is no longer available. It still
works in Odoo on LegacyComponent, which has been introduced to ease
the switch from owl1 to owl2, and we're now incrementally removing
it.
With this commit, the action scrolling helpers no longer rely on
component.el, meaning that views using them (through the hook
`useSetupAction`) no longer need to extend LegacyComponent.
More specifically, we move the action scrolling helpers from core/
to webclient/actions, as those helpers make no sense outside the
context of actions (and thus are unnecessary in the frontend).
Tests have been adapted as well.

Prior to this commit the 'disabled' state (eg. studio icon in a
not-editable view) and the 'no-notification' state (eg. messaging icon
without badge) shared the same design.
While the disabled state should be used for not-clickable elements only,
available systray items should always appear clickable, even
when there are no new notifications.
This commit moves the `o_disabled` class outside the burger_menu
component, making it generic and available for other components too.
Systray items without notification are now styled normally.

In preparation for OWL-2, we introduce a new tooltip service that replaces
the hook useTooltip used by the webclient. The main reason for that is
that the implementation of useTooltip had to access el on the components
calling it. Since this won't be possible anymore in OWL-2 (el is ill-defined
in presence of multi root components) we had to find something else.
Another reason is that the useTooltip hook had no reason at all to be a
hook (as attested by the fact that only the webclient needs to call it
to have tooltip on every dom elements).

This commit introduces our own icons meant to be extended over time and
to coexist with FontAwesome 4.7.
The goal is to provide a wider range of icons specifically made for our
UI and cover FontAwesome's lack of iconography for specific businesses
and functionalities.
Classes' names are available in our documentation website and the SVG
source files can be found in our `design-assets` repo.
This new bundle mirrors fontAwesome architecture; icons are rendered
applying classes to standard HTML flow-tags (normally an `<i>`), eg:
`<i class="oi oi-odoo"/>`
This implementation applies size and alignment rules directly to the
`:before` pseudo-element rather than to the class itself. The aim is to
prevent misalignment when icon classes are applied to buttons and other
UI elements, eg:
`<button class="btn btn-success oi oi-arrow--right"/>`
Note: Despite being technically feasible, this approach is highly
discouraged and should be avoided.
This commit also introduces utility-classes specifically made for
our UI. In detail:
- Fours sizes: '.oi-small', '.oi-normal', '.oi-large', '.oi-larger'
Relative to the parent font-size, these classes cover a range from
`0.8em` to `1.77em`. Each size has been designed to match our default
text-fonts in the attempt to compensate font-icons common alignment
issues (https://css-tricks.com/icon-fonts-vs-svg/#aa-positioning ).
- Responsive classes: `.oi-[screen]-[icon_size]`
Responsive classes mirror Bootstrap ones and can be combined to
achieve different size results at specific resolutions, eg:
`<i class="oi oi-studio oi-larger oi-md-normal oi-lg-small"/>`
- Fixed width: '.oi-fw'
Mirrors FontAwesome 'fa-fw' by setting icons at a fixed width.
Our implementation adapts according to size and responsive classes.
- Animations: '.oi-spin', '.oi-pulse'
Mirrors FontAwesome default animations.

used.
Setting up an empty message:
Before:
```
registry.category("command_empty_list")
After:
```
registry.category("command_setup")

Currently, bare method calls in arrow functions in templates are bound
to the rendering context/scope. While this gives you access to most of
the things that exist on the component for reading, writing on 'this'
will not always work, and the rendering context can pollute the
component's name space. This commit fixes that by explicitly calling the
method on the instance of the components.

The motivation of this commit comes from breadcrumbs.
Breadcrumbs work as follows: for each controller in the stack of
the ActionService, there is an entry in the breadcrumbs. Except
for the last entry (which corresponds to the currently displayed
controller), the value to display is computed by the ActionService
and stored in this.env.config.breadcrumbs. For the last entry,
we use the displayName set in this.env.config.
When a view wants to update its displayName (e.g. the form view
when we switch to another record), it updates the displayName in
the config, which thus correctly updates the breadcrumbs. However,
this doesn't change the internal values in the ActionService, so if
another controller is stacked over the current one, the penultimate
entry is wrong. To update the internal state of the ActionService,
the event 'controller-title-updated' must be triggered as well,
which is cumbersome. Note that we don't really face the issue yet
because among already converted views, none of them need to update
its displayName in the breadcrumbs.
This commit aims at uniformizing the way the (n-1) first entries
and the last one behave, by making the "breadcrumbs" key encode
all breadcrumbs entries (the n-1 first ones, and the last, current
one). We also replace the "displayName" key by "getDisplayName"
such that it uses a single source of truth, located in the
ActionService, and we provide a function "setDisplayName" to update
it. Finally, this commit introduces the notion of "default config"
which ensures that standalone views, or views in tests, have a
valid config with expected keys.

Previously, when an RPC response came back, we would unblock the UI. The
goal of this was to unblock the UI that was previously blocked by a

could cause the loading indicator to unblock the UI that was blocked by
unrelated code.
This commit fixes that by only unblocking the UI in the loading
indicator if the loading indicator actually blocked it previously.

The use case happens in studio.
have some overflowing app submenus in an app
go into studio
refresh with a simple F5.
Before this commit, the navbar's overflowing buttons wouldn't put themselves inside the "more" dropdown
This was because the studio client action also reacts to change in the menu service, so the technical flow was:
- laodState (webClient)
- setMenu (MENU-CHANGED on the bus), then because of it:
- studio client action > render (1)
- studio navbar > render (with adapt right after that render!) (2)
- studio navbar > render (because of 1) which cancels the render in 2 without cancelling the promise, that is
adapt is still called.
To remedy this, the standard use of useEffect and useBus are is put into place.
After this commit, the studio navbar has its overflowing menu items in the dropdown.
The adapt algorithm now uses getBoundingClientRect to get the not rounded width of elements that should be adapted,
otherwise, slight differences in browser's computation and rounding of offsetWidth may influence test results.

Report client action can need context data to be properly be
displayed. But because all the required data is not put in the url,
reloading didn't work.
However, there is the current action data kept in the session storage
which is a solution to avoid the described problem. But it didn't
work because of the implementation of the report client action execution.
It was in reality executing two actions: one for the report, gathering
the data and fallbacking to a client action. By doing this, the
session storage would not have the necessary data kept for reloading the
page.
The fix is simply to duplicate the code of the client action execution
instead of calling doAction again.
