Christophe Matthieu 28958a4088 [FIX] website tour: At the end of the "Insert a banner" tour the help is "Close Mobile Preview" Change into "Check Mobile Preview" -> i would close with a "Continue" bouton to keep running the help on content -> really needed. With the tour they stay in editable mode and search for adding a new menu

Christophe Matthieu 8830cb581c [FIX] website: In the footer, users record their phone number inbetween the fa-phone and the t-field. As a result, they change the footer template, not the phone number of the company. This zone should be t-ignore to avoid this mistake.

Christophe Matthieu 29e556f3c0 [FIX] website: snippet resizing; Users don't understand when they can drag arrows to resize col-md-XX. They try, it does not work, so they think the feature does not work. So, horizontal and vertical arrow on col-md-XX snippets and others snippets should use an icon according to what you can do

Martin Trigaux e1dff48492 [MERGE] [FIX] orm: read_group doesn't take referenced fields or aggregated fields in account when sorting (opw 598942) 
Sorting was done using a search on ids that where found in a custom SQL field,
only 1 record among aggregated records with same groupby value was used
when using search for ordering, resulting data ordered on
max(aggregated_data).field_value instead of sum(aggregated_data.field_value).

Christophe Simonis d60cf404ca [FIX] orm._auto_init: fallback to copy method when altering in-place varchar columns failed. 
When a varchar column has a dependence on a view, we cannot change the size in-place,
we need to manually re-create the column with the correct type.

Olivier Dony a5b51c2be7 [IMP] orm._auto_init: avoid copying VARCHAR column when increasing size, alter in-place instead + better temporary names 
Historically, we used a copy+rename technique during
table upgrades to alter varchar columns sizes.
This was only necessary to permit downsizing
columns, which we do not want to do anymore (it is
too dangerous, so has to be done explicitly when
required).

Switching to a pure ALTER COLUMN TYPE is simpler
and also much faster for large tables.

Also fixed the inappropriate name used for
temporary columns during column type casting
(which *does* require the copy+rename technique).

Xavier Morel aa0eac1257 [FIX] re-enable crawler tests 
Move URLCase back out of the test module, otherwise loadTestFromModule
attempts to load it in the usual manner (~URLCase('runTest')). Which does not
work at all, because that's not what URLCase is for.

URLCase extends TestCase to benefit from the TestCase.run infrastructure
(running tests, filling result object, etc...)

Olivier Dony ea5d111166 [IMP] website_mail: avoid marking old messages as published 
There is semantically no reason to publish old
messages, and doing so can be expensive for large
databases. Defaulting new messages to published
makes sense depending on the model on which they
are attached, so it might be better to improve
this as an opt-in handled in create() or
message_post() or via default_* context keys.
