Fabien Meghazi f63c3caaf2 [FIX] Calendar popup form view should be the same as the action if defined. 
- Added instance.web.ViewManager#get_view_id(view_type)
- Fetch the title of the popup from the parent if it's a ViewManagerAction,
  otherwise, use the current's view title.

Thibault Delavallée c933aaa549 [MERGE] crm: improved and fixed customer creation, especially for lead to opportunity conversion. The wizard does not create a customer based on dummy values, such as only email or lead subject. A contact name is now required (partner_name, contact_name or email matching 'Name <email@adr.ess>' pattern.
