Thibault Delavallée 8e9f7b7739 [MERGE] Merged mail state feature. Task description : 
- clean mailgateway, add a message_state for ex-'pending' state due to new messages read/unread behavior (new message -> unread; when viewing form view -> automatically read)
- make the needaction mechanism mainly based on mail.thread: when the message_state is unread, set the object responsible as need_action user_id. Clean get_needaction_user_ids methods through the addons to clean them.
- buttons 'mark read / mark unread' in more
- track in modules specific behavior of mailgateways to clean and update
- clean mail.thread get_subscribers

Thibault Delavallée 597b4b0ca5 [MERGE] Mail state feature. Server-side branch of the mail state feature. This branch holds a modification to the ir.needaction model. The fields 'needaction_pending' is now searchable, because some 
filters are based on it.

Comments also slighty updated.

Olivier Dony 0cf4baa071 [FIX] mail: more reliable parsing of Date header to avoid rejecting emails 
dateutil.parser.parse() was failing to parse the date on
some seemingly non-standard Date headers including trailing
extra TZ info, such as:
 "Thu, 28 Jun 2012 18:09:47 +0200 (GMT+02:00)"
RFC2822 seems to only mention the +XXXX offset format, but
apparently other formats are employed in the wild, such
as this one coming from the Zimbra webclient.
The fuzzy matching copes with that, and an extra try/except
block was added for good measure, with a fallback on the
current datetime, should the parsing still fail.

Olivier Dony 1fef29cb80 [FIX] OPW 575804: web_gantt: hide internal dhtmlx duration for tasks/phases, as it is misleading 
The `duration` used by the dhtmlx gantt component
corresponds to the calendar duration of the event
divided by 3. This makes sense only for events
spanning full days, and for working times
with 8 hours per day. Unfortunately these
hypotheses do not hold for most cases inside
OpenERP, so we should hide this information.
The actual duration of the items can always
been viewed by clicking on the corresponding
label.
