P. Christeas a82a4a5b21 Document report: drop views before replacing them 
Since they have changed columns, we cannot use the 'or replace' method
of postgres, we have to really drop.

There is OpenDocument types we do not currently attempt to index, because
their text may not make much sense. It is very easy, though, to add them
in the list and get them indexed.

P. Christeas c6e0309c9b Document: fix unicode passed as content-type header 
Py-webdav will not allow us to have unicode in the mimetype. And that's
not in the protocol, anyway. So, ensure we are only sending a string (was
broken since the db query would convert to unicode).
