description for tax templates in account_tax_data.xml is not showing a "friendly" customer description for several taxes.
It's common to be requested for changes and being forced to help customers to replace the current tax label by understandable descriptions.
This PR improves that description and makes it easier to understand.

Before this patch, validating an unreserved move of a dozen while 12
units were reserved resulted in a quant with 0 unit as quantity and 11
units as reserved quantity.

Fix an error which occurs during an attempt to access the string
attribute of a non existing measure
If a pivot view is defined with a "string" attribute of a field of
type "row", e.g.
<field name="stage_id" string="Stage" type="row"/>
an error was raised "TypeError: measures[name] is undefined"
