We are currently lacking an index with (author, failure) due to the information
being spread out in two different tables which are both rather big (there are a
lot of non-failure messages for the current user, as well as a lot of failure
messages for other users), so the fetch of failures for the current user can
become extremely slow (> 20s).
With this new index, the query takes less than 1ms.

An overridable model method was added in a previous commit in order to
neutralize a database.
This commit adds the implementation of this method on the `iap.account` model.
A _get_iap_config_paremeters method is also added on this model.
Each iap service must override this method to extend the list of
`ir.config_parameter` that need to be neutralized.
Part-of: odoo/odoo#67825
The possible index names have been renamed "btree", "btree_not_null"
(instead of "not null") and "trigram" (instead of "gin").
Task 2742526
Part-of: odoo/odoo#83274
The purpose of this task is to use the notification which we currently
have for partner autocomplete and to generalize it to our other IAP
services.
So in this commit, we improve the iap notification for the below views
-> we display a toast in green when the request was successfully completed
(and the user has enough credits).
- when a letter is sent in batch from the list view
- when leads are enriched in batch from the list view
-> we display a toast in orange when the user doesn't have enough
credits with a corresponding 'buy credits' link to the service.
- when a letter is sent in batch from the list view
- when leads are enriched in batch from the list view or when
clicking on 'enrich' from the form view
- when creating a new lead mining request

In the next version of Owl, all exported terms are directly available
from the top level `owl` object. This commit aims to adapt existing
imports to this new system. This is done by importing any Owl property
used in files at the top, right after the `import` or `require`
statements.

This commit will change the declaration of the models with the aim of
getting closer to a plain JSON-object. It allows us to eliminate a wide
portion of boilerplate code, making the declaration shorter, more
declarative, and less redundant, but mainly, it prepares the ground for
further changes.

one) even though there can be multiple message components per message model.
This cascaded to adapting related component/models to the same principle.

Most messaging related components have common needs concerning
subscribing to model changes, and not needing to be rerendered unless
their props change. Previously, most components would call the hooks
"useModels" and "useShouldUpdateBasedOnProps" individually. Messaging
components also depend on one another quite a bit, requiring a lot of
explicit imports of other components. It would also be useful to be able
to have cyclic dependencies between component (eg Message renders a
component that allows to delete the message, and the delete component
renders the message in a confirmation dialog), but that doesn't work
with explicit imports (the odoo module system doesn't support cyclic
dependencies).
This commit adds a Component decorator that:
- Registers the component in an internal registry
- Makes all components in this registry available at render time to
components that have been registered in this way
- Calls the useModels and useShouldUpdateBasedOnProps hooks during
component initialization (setup)

Exporting directly on the line of the class or variable definition is less lines
of code and less repetition (and risk or mistake).
Exporting with a name instead of default allows to catch typos more easily when
importing and ensures the same name is used for consistency (and ease of grep).

Before this commit, the asset bundle "_assets_helpers" was the only
bundle using a "t-raw" directive to insert assets in between other asset
calls.
Now _assets_helpers only contains the assets called before the t-raw
directive, and the second part (1 file actually) has been added after
every call of the bundle.
This has been done to improve consistency in asset bundles declarations
by reducing them to the simplest possible templates.
