Commit [1] redefined the target in generic methods of snippet options so
that some buttons of the Design Tab snippet option could target a
different node than their parent option. This reverts that in favor of
the more generic `apply-to` data attribute.

Before this commit
The code called `action_demand` without specifying a failure
method.
In website, there is bug arising where a promises is not rejected
causing spinner of the sidebar of the website builder to never stop.
After this commit
Failure is propagated and the website builder bug does not prevent
the user from continuing to work.

This commit fixes a bug present in FieldEmail and
FieldPhone where the handler on the click event was
triggered twice and was not preventing the field to
turn into quick edit mode appropriately.

mass_mailing has an override of _getCSSColorValue which was basically
never used since the option it's linked to was mostly inactive. Now it's
active it became obvious there is a mistake in it that causes a
traceback to occur when no color is passed to it. This adds the same
check as in the original method and thereby prevents the traceback.

Prior to this commit, when a user edits the Shop page, clicks on the
pricelist dropdown and finally clicks elsewhere, a traceback occurs:

This fixes erroneous matching of product when the product code in an invoice is ambiguous and fixes a missuse of the label from a product rather than the one on the invoice
Previously, a product would be set on an invoice line even if several products share the product code and when a product is set the label is the one of the matched product
Now, a product is set if the code matches one and only one product and the label used is always the one from the invoice

Steps :
Install Sales, Project and Inventory.
Create a Storable Product.
Create a SO with this product, but do not confirm it.
Change this product :
> Type : Service
> Sales > Service Tracking : Create a task in SO's project
Confirm the SO.
Issue :
Neither a delivery or a task is created.
Cause :
Confirming the SO calls SO._timesheet_service_generation(),
which filtered its SOLs based on is_service to 'create on order'.
As this field is not updated when changing the type of the product,
the SOL with the service is filtered out.
Fix :
Update SOL_.is_service when changing SOL.product_id.type.

Current behavior:
If you activate the packaging options of the inventory
tab. The external link of the packaging type in the inventory tab of a
product is invisible.
Steps to reproduce:
- Have inventory module installed
- Activate the packages & product's packaging options
- Go on a product page and then go in the inventory tab
- Add a line in the packaging tree view
- There should be an exteral link next to the packaging type after you
selected one
- The external link is invisible
Note: similar issue was also present in the Document's workflow rules.

This fixes a problem that occurs with conditions on one2many fields,
where most conditions are translated with a subquery like
"model".id IN (
SELECT "comodel"."model_id" FROM "comodel" WHERE ...
)
The issue occurs when the subquery return NULL values, i.e., when the
field "model_id" in the subquery above can be NULL. The fix simply
consists in adding the condition "model_id IS NOT NULL" in the WHERE
clause of the subquery.
The problem with NULL values returned by subqueries is the fact that
they make the SQL condition undetermined instead of false, and this
discards some of the results returned by a query. Simply consider:
id NOT IN (1, 2, 3)
The value id=3 makes the condition false, while i=4 makes it true. Now
consider that the set also includes a NULL value, like:
id NOT IN (1, 2, 3, NULL)

This fixes two problems that occur with conditions on many2many fields:
the subtle bug caused by NULL values that are returned by subqueries,
and the performance of those subqueries.
The problem with NULL values returned by subqueries is the fact that
they make the SQL condition undetermined instead of false, and this
discards some of the results returned by a query. Simply consider:
id NOT IN (1, 2, 3)
The value id=3 makes the condition false, while i=4 makes it true. Now
consider that the set also includes a NULL value, like:
id NOT IN (1, 2, 3, NULL)
The value id=3 makes the condition false, but the value id=4 makes it
undetermined. Therefore this condition is actually undetermined for all
possible values of id, and a query containing that condition simply
returns nothing!
Regarding performance, consider a domain like [('tag_ids', '=', False)].
It is currently translated in SQL as
"model".id NOT IN (
SELECT "model_id"
FROM "model_tag_rel"
WHERE "model_id" IS NOT NULL
)
PostgreSQL does not handle well this "NOT IN" expression when the
relation table is large, and uses some very inefficient query plan in
that case. The inefficient query plan is possibly related to the
special handling of NULL values, by the way. This commit changes the
above expression to a "NOT EXISTS" expression (as below), which is
executed with a much more efficient query plan, even with large tables.

)
This change was motivated by a use-case with 2.7M account moves, 11M
account move lines and a many2many relation table with 2.3M lines
(`account_move_line_account_tax_rel`). The query was timing out (15
minutes), and it now takes 15 seconds.
We have replaced all the conditions on many2many fields to use the
relational operators EXISTS and NOT EXISTS.
A test has been added to reflect a case where the many2many table
contains NULL values, like the one for channel_partner in regards to
partner_id and guest_id.

Before this commit, if an option targeting an element had a
data-no-check attribute this had the effect that all other options
targeting this element were also displayed even if they did not have a
no-check attribute (no-check => display the option even if it is
a non-editable element).
The issue came from the is() function of _computeSelectorFunctions which
did not take into account the no-check as it should.
Note: this is fixed in stable only as custom apps may rely on the broken
behavior. An issue with this in stable can be met by *hiding* the
related unwanted options with `_computeVisibility`. No case of this
problem currently exists in the Odoo codebase (but it will, that's how
the bug was found).

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
The purchase order document in the German localization
(l10n_din5008_purchase) is titled "Purchase Order" way too early. This can
lead to confusion. In the worst case, the vendor will treat the request
for quotation as purchase order.
Current behavior before PR:
If the document has been sent once and then is sent again (either to the
same recipient, or another), the document is titled "Purchase Order",
which will most definitely be treated as such by the recipient.
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
As long as the document is not confirmed (states "draft", "sent", "to
approve"), the title has to be "Request for Quotation". After that
(states "purchase", "done"), the title has to be "Purchase Order".

Reproduction:
1. Create a survey or use an existing one
2. Share it via mail
3. Try to open a link provided in the mail
Reason: the conditions for public users in _check_validity() are not
refined enough. The link in the email has answer_token, while the
general Survey URL is a direct link to the survey. However, the
condition ”request.env.user._is_public() ” is true for both cases. This
leads to redirection to the homepage for survey links in the email.
Tested locally that sending two different recipients same survey by
email will assign two different answer tokens
Fix: add the answer_token to the condition. If there is an answer_token
part, it means this link is specific for a partner, and no user check is
needed. Because ideally, only this partner received the link. If there’s
a leakage, it’s probably his/her problem

When the admin user logs in for the first time, their timezone can be updated based on the cookies of their browser.
In such case, the timezone of the default working calendar should be updated too.

The implementation seemed buggy as you had to click twice on a rating to
activate the filter; this fixes the problem.
It also improves a bit the interface:
- by allowing to click on another rating directly without having to deactivate
first the current filter
- by replacing "Remove Selection" by a red fa-times
- by adding a spinner on the messages zone while the messages are loading when
the connection is slow (the spinner appears only after half a second if the
server doesn't response in the meantime)
- by setting some minimal heights to avoid seeing the footer moving when
switching from course to review and when changing the star filter (which change
the number of message displayed)
Technical notes:
The double click problem was caused by an update of the view when the rating
filter is changed. When re-clicking on the same rating the view was not
re-rendered and the change (selection) in the view were kept.
To solve that problem we have implemented the selection directly in the view
and the css. As it doesn't rely anymore on changes performed in javascript
in the dom, the re-render of the view after fetching the data from the server
reflect the selection done by the user.
