From a practical point of view, it seems better to also add the
dialog service in the service registry when calling
setupControlPanelServiceRegistry.

Before, the `Layout` component was not friendly enough for
client action. There was no default component for `ControlPanel`
and `SearchPanel` in `Layout`, resulting in the fact that it had to be
defined manually in the client action environment:
```js
useSubEnv({
config: {
...getDefaultConfig(),
...this.env.config,
},
});
}
```
Now, the `Layout` component defines default component for `ControlPanel`
and `SearchPanel`. Making it easier to use for generic usage.

Before this commit, if the Layout's `display` props is a dynamic value
coming from the parent Component (ie. a getter on the component that
controls which parts of the ControlPanel should be displayed), this
value isn't applied after the first initialization.
This commit fixes it by extracting the `display` logic applied in the
constructor to a getter (moving from initialization only to once
called).

Before this commit in tests, when creating a view with makeView, the same env was shared for services, view and
main_components_container. This is rather wrong as bugs in prod could not be reproduced in tests.
For example: env.config was present in the env for every services and components, this is wrong as
only View must receive it in its env.
After this commit, makeView separates the env for services and top-level components from the one dedicated for View.

Form views in dialogs should not display a control panel. Before
this commit, they did. To fix the issue, we reworked a bit how we
pass to the Layout component its "display" information (e.g.
whether it should display a control panel, and which parts of it).
Before this commit, it retrieved this info from the searchModel, in
the env. This doesn't allow a specific view to override it, for
instance the form view when it's in a dialog. To ease this, we
changed the Layout component s.t. it now takes a "display" props,
and no longer looks in the searchModel. Each view thus needs to
pass this as props.

With owl2, the `el` of components if no longer available. One must
use a t-ref instead. However, higher order components don't have
their own html element. This was the case of the View component.
However, it makes sense for this component to be the owner of the
view root element, which was previously owned by the Layout.
This commit refactors the View/Layout architecture s.t. the root
element is now owned by the View, and simplifies/generalizes the
Layout in the process. The Layout is no longer tied to the notion
of views, and can thus be used in client actions as well.

This commit replaces Component by LegacyComponent when the component
uses removed features from owl 1 like getting its `el` or `trigger` an event.
Some tests are updated to have less LegacyComponent.

In the next version of Owl, all exported terms are directly available
from the top level `owl` object. This commit aims to adapt existing
imports to this new system. This is done by importing any Owl property
used in files at the top, right after the `import` or `require`
statements.

The motivation of this commit comes from breadcrumbs.
Breadcrumbs work as follows: for each controller in the stack of
the ActionService, there is an entry in the breadcrumbs. Except
for the last entry (which corresponds to the currently displayed
controller), the value to display is computed by the ActionService
and stored in this.env.config.breadcrumbs. For the last entry,
we use the displayName set in this.env.config.
When a view wants to update its displayName (e.g. the form view
when we switch to another record), it updates the displayName in
the config, which thus correctly updates the breadcrumbs. However,
this doesn't change the internal values in the ActionService, so if
another controller is stacked over the current one, the penultimate
entry is wrong. To update the internal state of the ActionService,
the event 'controller-title-updated' must be triggered as well,
which is cumbersome. Note that we don't really face the issue yet
because among already converted views, none of them need to update
its displayName in the breadcrumbs.
This commit aims at uniformizing the way the (n-1) first entries
and the last one behave, by making the "breadcrumbs" key encode
all breadcrumbs entries (the n-1 first ones, and the last, current
one). We also replace the "displayName" key by "getDisplayName"
such that it uses a single source of truth, located in the
ActionService, and we provide a function "setDisplayName" to update
it. Finally, this commit introduces the notion of "default config"
which ensures that standalone views, or views in tests, have a
valid config with expected keys.

This commit introduces a new component: the layout component.
Its purpose is to make abstraction of most generic components and
classes when writing a view template or an action.
To make use of this component, we also needed a new system to pass slot
from the parent of the layout to the control panel. This was done in a
hacky way and is meant to be replaced as soon as Owl provides a built-in
way to pass slots.
The control panel has also been slightly tweaked to default its props
from an environment's newly introduced key: the 'config'. This has been
done to reduce the amount of props passed to the layout and search
subcomponents.
