As mail grows and will continue to grow, ordering views and having right
files is important to understand module organization and content.
Split main.py controller file into two files, one for mail related controllers
(redirections) and one for discuss.
Rename files according to guidelines for wizards and views.
No functional change comes with this commit. This is only code move.

* was in mail despite using mail.channel (which breaks if mail is not
installed, and web doesn't depend on mail)
* changes to sudo() broke previous behaviour (of having odoobot
message the admin, we ended up with the admin messaging themselves)
so fix that
* also get the channel and message with the user's context, otherwise
since we're during the login procedure the context could be as
little as just the lang from the browser and apparently channel_get
automatically creates a translation which would break if the
browser's lang is not installed in Odoo

- im_chat.session will be replaced by mail.channel
- im_chat.shortode is renamed into mail.shortcode
- im_chat.presence is moved to bus module
- js and controller code is moved from im_chat to mail module
This commit only move files, and modify manifests, bundles, ... The code will be adapt in the next commits.
