The goal of this commit is to prepare ground to remove
lazytranslate function _lt() and keep only _t()
for a better understanding of the use of the translation function.
In this commit,
the translate function _t() has been updated to return the translation
if they are loaded. If not, it throws an error.
the lazytranslate function _lt() returns _t() function.
Corollaries :
Steps in test tours are now a function that returns an array of steps
to avoid any interpolation of _t in this ones before translations has
been loaded.
Example :
registry.category("web_tour.tours").add("example", {
test: true,
steps: () => [
{...},
{...},
],
});

In odoo/odoo#111103 the tour system was rewritten. The previous tour
system used to depend on the `root.widget` js module, and this module
was an async module that indirectly depended on `session_bind` which
would load the translations, meaning that the js module definition code
of the tours would only run after the translations were loaded. This is
no longer the case with the new tour system, this means that the module
definition code is executed as soon as the dependencies of that module
are fulfilled, which is generally befoe the translations are loaded,
causing most tour tips to not be translated.
This commit adds a hacky workaround for this problem: it creates a new
module that has a default export which is a promise, and has a legacy
alias, this creates an async module that waits for the translations to
be loaded. This module is then imported for its side-effect in all
onboarding tours, causing them to be translated correctly once again.
This commit also needs to convert the steps key in the tours internal
registry to a getter. In previous versions, the steps were directly
added as is to the internal state of the tour service, but since
odoo/odoo#122834 the steps are now mapped, and without a getter, any
edits to the steps occurring after registration will not be taken into
account. This causes issues in some modules that change original
behaviour of other modules (eg accounting makes invoices into a menu in
the accounting app instead of a top-level app in the home menu) as they
need to edit the steps of existing tours to make them work.
In a separate PR, we will implement a more proper fix by changing the
API of the tour manager so that we no longer need this workaround.

This commit fixes the ribbons used in `kanban` and `form` views.
The SCSS uses the square root of the parent `div.ribbon` to calculate its
diagonal width and applies that width to the child `span`.
After changing the ribbon's transform-origin, we calculate the ribbon's
position based on CSS variables of the view's top padding,the height of
the ribbon and the shadow's size (to avoid it being cropped by
overflow-hidden).
By changing the values of a few of these variables in the kanban view,
we were able to remove all the specific SCSS related to ribbons in the
modules.
Other changes were applied inside some of the modules to make this
work:
- `event`: padding corrections on the kanban's cards;
- `hr_holidays: replaced `margin:0` in the SCSS with negative margin
utility classes on the element to achieve the same visual result;
- `discuss`: moved the ribbon to the parent element;
- this was also done to `discuss`, `survey` and `helpdesk`;
- `crm_team_view` in `sales_team`: the ribbon's height made it overflow
from the kanban's card. We fixed this by changing the value of one of
the CSS variables in the view's SCSS file;
- the same thing was done in `survey` and `appointment`;
- `website_event_exhibitor` had some SCSS that wasn't being used because
it uses `.o_ribbon` instead of `.ribbon`

This commit adds two autoresize hooks for text inputs and textareas to
make it adapt their size (width for text inputs, height for textareas)
depending on their content.
The commit therefore solves the issue of several form view task titles
being restricted to 1 line while it can be annoying if the title is too
long. The autoresizeTextarea feature was moved from TextField to the
autoresizeTextarea hook and the autoresizeInput feature was moved from
the AutoresizeInput mail component to the autoresizeInput hook.
The TextField component has a new option for disabling linebreaks.

Main Flow Tour Mobile shouldn't require a specific `user_agent` as it
targets a small screen and not a mobile platform (iOS, Android...).
Actually, during refactoring of the tours (odoo/odoo@3a798039d6),
a confusion was made between the legacy `isMobile`, which represents a
small screen (cf. `env.isSmall`) and `isMobileOS`, which targets
"mobile" platforms (ie. iOS, Android...) independently of the screen size.
This commit applies the proper condition (isSmall) for the tours
management and removes the useless `user_agent` property. It also
removes the logic added to support custom user_agent in the Chrome
automation for testing.

* The tours are now run by the `MacroEngine` defined in `macro.js`.
* This is accomplished by converting (at runtime) the user-defined tours to
`Macro`s. See `tour_compilers.js` for the step (and tour-to-macro) compilation.
* API is kept the same as much as possible. Basically, declaring tours stayed
the same with some exceptions:
* `allowInvisible` can be provided in a step to allow consuming the trigger
element even if it is invisible.
* `isCheck` can now be used to replace the no operation `run` that is
traditionally signals the runner to only perform a check.
* Before, multiple `run`s can be called simultaneously. Now, each `run` method
is awaited before proceeding to the next step.
* If the trigger element is `disabled`, the tour runner will *not* proceed on
calling the `run` method and the runner will stay on current step until the
trigger element becomes `enabled`.
* However, the tour runner is okay with `disabled` trigger element if the step
has `isCheck = true`. As long as the trigger element is found for `isCheck`
step, the tour runner will happily move to the next step.
* Some tours are adjusted to properly run with this new tour runner.
* When the tour failed:
* The dom string is not logged anymore.
* However, a warning message containing the relative location of the step will
be logged. This is better in helping the author in locating the failed step.
**Some guidelines learned during the development:**
* Each step may trigger a dom mutation. It's a good practice to insert an
intermediate step that *checks* the existence of an element that result from
the action of the previous step.
* Refrain from using the `run` method for assertions. `run`, in principle, is
provided to perform actions that are not offered by the helper. Use the
`trigger` for assertions.
* During dev, find `SHOW_POINTER_DURATION` and set it to `250`. This will show
the pointer (pointing to the trigger element) for 250ms when watching the
tour.

This is mostly a cleaning/refactoring change.
The current API for init hooks (pre, post, uninstall) is to pass
`cr, registry`.
But the first thing which was done by most
post init and uninstall hooks was to create an env using
the cr passed
e.g.
`env = api.Environment(cr, SUPERUSER_ID, {})`
and the `registry` argument was unused in all these hooks,
completely.
By changing the API of hooks to pass `env` instead
of `cr, registry`, we gain in average two lines in every
hooks:
- the line creating the env `env = api.Environment(cr, SUPERUSER_ID, {})`
- the line importing `api` and `SUPERUSER_ID`
Therefore removing ~250 lines of repeated code lines accross odoo/odoo and
odoo/enterprise.
In addition to these lines removed,
it also ease the API of init hooks for Odoo developers,
who are used to that `env` and not so much how to create an `env`
from a cursor.

This is a step closer to a goal of avoiding dependence on asynchronous
modules. Starting from this commit, new tour definition should be
registered to `registry.category("web_tour.tours")` registry.
So, instead of the following:
```js
import tour from "web_tour.tour";
tour.register(name, options, steps);
```
We now do:
```js
import { registry } from "@web/core/registry";
registry.category("web_tour.tours").add(name, optionsWithSteps);
```
Notice the `options` and `steps` params are merged when registering
the tour definition. It should look something like so:
```js
registry.category("web_tour.tours").add("account_tour", {
test: true,
steps: [ ... ],
});
```
And if the `TourManager` instance is needed, one can get it from the
registry like so `registry.get("tourManager")`. Note however that
this instance is only available when the `TourManager` has been
instantiated -- so it's not available at top level of the module.

In https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/4fb0933986534e31337aa1dce3478a67deea72de, we faced an owl error when changing the tour:
"Component is destroyed"
This is due to the tour leaving the kanban view right after clicking on the "Validate" button.
After the validation, the kanban view is reloaded that is triggering a call to "web_search_read".
For some reason, the 'web_search_read' was triggered right after the component is destroyed.
To fix that issue, some additional steps have been added to the tour but this was just making the tour failing in a not determinist way.
Since the root cause of the issue has been fixed since, such additional steps are no longer needed.

Bank statements are now optional in accounting. The users add statements directly and can assign statements for control reasons.
The users can enter end date and end balance real for the statements and attach the bank statement scan.
The system checks if there is a gap (lines without statement) before current statement and warns the user
with decoration, also we check if the ending balance match the accumulated balance of the last line.
Bank statement lines now show an accumulated balance and can be sorted by drag and drop in the same date, if the user drags a line
to a position with lines of another date, it simply doesn't have any effect.
Rename accumulated balance to cumulative balance, a better name

the tasks. It will also open them, form view if 1 else list view.
- Fix a typo in the settings 'projets' => 'projects'
- The analytic account of the project will now be assigned to the
sales order when a task is created through the 'Create a task in an
existing project' option.
Changed the portal task view to include a sidebar similar to sales
orders, with a simple menu leading to different parts of the screen.
Changed the `project.task` 'rating' stat button:
- The icon will now represent the latest review.
- The action will directly lead to the record's form view if there is
only 1 rating.
- Make some fields readonly in the form view.
- Display the % of satisfaction instead of the number of ratings.
Reorder all stat buttons on the `project.task` form view in this order:
- Products, Worksheet, Sales Order(s), Invoices, Ratings, Hours
Forecast, Parent Task, Tasks in recurrence, Tickets, Quotations and
lastly Customer Preview
Make the status of the project editable directly through the kanban
view. A new widget has been added to handle that properly. When editing
the status through that means, a `project.update` will be created with
the current date and the appropriate status. In addition to that a new
status has been added (only on `project.task`, not `project.status`)
namely `to_define` in order to differentiate new and running projects.
Projects now start with the `to_define` status.
The `project.project`'s rating stat button has been changed in the
following ways:
- The icon will now change in function of the satisfaction percentage,
smile above 66%, meh between 33% and 66% and frown below 33%.
- The color will also change depending on the rate, smile is green, meh
is orange and frown is red.
- The ratings will now be in function of the last 30 days instead of
all time and the action will also filter on those 30 days.
- Change the action name from 'Rating' to 'Ratings'.
`project.project` ticket stat button:
- Will now open the form view when there is only one record.
- Added the activity view.
- Disable the creation of new records.
- Rename the action to 'Tickets'.

This commit removes all the 'extend' initially introduced to avoid code
repetition and ensure visual consistency across Bootstrap and Owl dropdowns.
Despite achieving the desired results, using 'extend' in this context
was seriously impacting the bundle generation time, probably due to an
underestimated amount of Apps' legacy-code applied on these elements.
In order to achieve the same results, the chosen strategy is to add
Bootstrap default classes directly into Owl dropdowns.
Also, it moves code related to bootstrap dropdown in 'webclient.scss',
leaving 'core/dropdown/dropdown.scss' for Owl code only.
Due to the discrepancies between Bootstrap and Owl html
structure, the '.dropdown-item' class could not have been added
directly to Owl's '.o_dropdown_item' itself, without refactoring
the Dropdown component structure.
// ==== Bootstrap 4.6 default Structure ================================
<div class="dropdown-menu">
<button class="dropdown-item" type="button">Action</button>
<a class="dropdown-item" href="#">Another action</a>
</div>
// ==== OWL default Structure before this commit =======================
<ul class="o_dropdown_menu">
<li class="o_dropdown_item">
<span>Action</span>
</li>
<li class="o_dropdown_item">
<a href="#">Another action</a>
</li>
</ul>
// ==== OWL Structure after this commit ================================
<div class="o-dropdown--menu dropdown-menu">
<span class="dropdown-item">Action</span>
<a class="dropdown-item" href="#">Another action</a>

// ==== web.assets_backend.css Bundle Generation Comparison ============
With all modules installed (enterprise edition over runbot):
Before this commit, bundle took ~2.5s and ~4s to generate and weighted ~322kB (~2.5MB uncompressed)
After this commit, it takes between ~1.2s and ~1.6s and weights ~257kB (~1.6MB uncompressed)
