This commit allows the user to navigate freely through a
survey with mandatory questions. He will be able to skip
questions and come back to them later. If he still hasn't
answered them at the final submit they will automatically
be displayed with an error message to invite the user to
answer them. The user can navigate through the skipped
questions with a button within the error box.

Allow users to subscribe to being notified when a new participation is
completed on a survey.
As surveys expecting hundreds of participants will not be followed in
such a way, we will only post these messages if there are any followers
on the survey.
We add a check on any subscriber belonging to group_survey_user
to further limit creating messages of which no one can make use.
A test of this feature is included.
Adding a `_sudo` for good measure while we're here, it does
not change anything.
Minor docstring change in `mail.followers` _get_recipient_data`.

Purpose: allowing users to select multiple answers, even from
different questions, as triggers to display a subsequent question.
For example, we could ask the question
"What qualities do you look for in a desk?"
if the participant selected one of the following answers before:
"What furniture did you already buy from us?" - "A desk"
"What kind of furniture are you looking for?" - "Office furniture"
Demo data and tests are adapted and new ones are added.
We also take this opportunity to remove `is_conditional` because:
1. This field isn't useful anymore.
2. It could cause inconsistencies as it is not supported to check
with a sql constraint that `suggested_answer_ids` is set when this
flag is `True`.

The previous commit introduced an optimization to reduce the number of
queries and fields fetched when we call `name_search`. But it works much
better when the dependencies of `display_name` contain field names used
in the calculation (on the same record/model).
Then, to improve the performance and the cache coherency, add `depends`
and `depends_context` depending on the custom `_compute_display_name`.
Add only the first level of dependencies (never traverse relational
field) because only these have a positive impact on the previous
optimization and the cost is very low (see `modified`).
About `depends_context`, we don't include `lang` because (when `_` is
used by example) it is unlikely to get the same display_name in the same
request with two different lang.

Rationale
=========
Since v8, the `display_name` field is present on all models. By default,
`display_name` uses `name_get` which has pretty much the same purpose
(return record name used by the web client). Gradually, many (backend)
developers (and the ORM: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/6da1c3ac4c036eac289597602976538e243cb939)
started using `display_name` (more convenient than
`record.name_get()[0][1]`) but it still had the `name_get` override.
It becomes more complex than necessary and poeple start to misunderstand
the two (and sometimes override both, leading to inconstiencies between
`display_name`/`name_get`).
To simplify the ORM and the API, we decided to keep only one of them,
the `display_name` field:
- It is much more convenient from a backend point of view
(`record.name_get()[0][1]` vs `record.display_name`)
- It is cached during the same transaction (and invalidated if
its dependencies change)
- It can be overridden like any other compute field (override
`_compute_display_name` with any extra dependencies)
- `name_get` is replaced by `read(['display_name'])`
(API perceptive), which can actually be more efficient
(if `display_name`'s depends are correct, the ORM will only fetch the
fields it needs instead of every prefetchable field)
Changes
=======
- Deprecates `name_get` for the v17 and based the method on
`display_name` (the opposite of before)
- Converts all usage of `name_get`
- Overrides of `name_get` are now overrides of `_compute_display_name`
- For `res.partner`, rename the field store `display_name` into
`complete_name` because `display_name` context-dependent and it makes
no sense to have a compute store that is context-dependent.
- Previously, it was possible to return multiple names for the same
record with `name_get`, but it was tricky and most of the usage of
this `name_get` didn't take this into account. The only example of
this is the `name_get` of `product.product`
(now use `", ".join(<names>)`).

This commit improves the behavior of MCQs with one answer. Previously, when
there were multiple correct answers and any one of them was selected,
a "partial" graph was displayed instead of a "correct" graph. With this commit,
the behavior has been modified as follows:
- If the selected option is correct and has any score, the "correct" graph will
be shown.
- If the selected option is incorrect but scores are above zero, the "partial"
graph will be shown.
- If the score is zero or less and the option is not correct, the "incorrect"
graph will be shown.

1) `survey_user_input.slide_partner_id`: this is a sparse column (so using
`btree_not_null` means a very small footprint). But it makes a ton of
difference when trying to delete a slide.slide.partner entry.
e.g. on a db with 500k survey inputs, the deletion of 1000
`slide.slide.partner` records goes from 40s to 100ms (400x speedup)
2) `survey_user_input_line.survey_id`: this is the inverse field of the
`survey_user_input.user_input_line_ids` O2M field, so the index is
always useful to retrieve the O2M lines. It will also marginally help
for cascading the deletion of any `survey_user_input` record from
case 1).

Purpose
=======
Improve the results page filter to allow the filtering
on questions of type text_box, char_box, numerical_box,
date and datetime.
Specifications
==============
Updating the URL filters representation to avoid passing the
question types directly in the URL parameters.
Answer matching per question type:
- char_box, text_box: 'ilike'
- numerical_box, date, datetime: '='
Adding a new filter restricts the current filter results.
Handling the filters depending on the 2 different answer models:
'survey.question.answer': matrix, simple_choice, multiple_choice
'survey.user_input.line': char_box, text_box, numerical_box, date,
datetime.
The filters can be combined but their query count doesn't add up
if their related answers data are stored in the same model.

This commit imporves the usability of scoring fields and single-multi
choice question in survey. It does the following changes:
Backend:
- if it's a scored question, respective correct answer must be provided
otherwise it will now give a warning while trying to save
- points are hidden unless it's a scored question (and will be inline now,
next to 'Scored' checkbox)
- compute answer_is_correct based on question type of numerical, date,
datetime for both scored and non-scored questions.
Frontend:
- if the answer is wrong, display the answer inside a red container and below
the wrong answer, also display the correct one in green font
- if the answer is right, display the answer in a green container
- if the answer is skipped, display the text 'Skipped' inside red container
with lower opacity
- hide the div for question description if it's empty, to avoid unwanted
space bewteen questions
- added two different icons 'fa-check-circle' and 'fa-times-circle' for correct
and incorrect answers respectively for single-multi choice question
- show answer is correct and incorrect based on is_correct not on scored values
- show skipped string for single choice, multi choice and matrix questions in
result page if question was skipped

Purpose
=======
Change all masculine nouns in Odoo's code to neutral nouns (when
possible), making sure that demo data is correctly handled. This is
particularly important since our code is open source, and nowadays lots
of machine learning models are trained on open source repositories.
With this small change we contribute to training more "fair" models, and
teaching models that "employee" or "user" != "he".
This also affects some text visible by the user, hence making it more
inclusive for Odoo users.

PURPOSE
Globally improve the main survey.user_input form view to make it more user
friendly.
This includes fields move, new computed fields, a ribbon, ...
SPECIFICATIONS
- Make the Survey User Input model support mail.thread and mail.activity.mixin
This lets us display the chatter on the form view and allows users to
schedule activities.
e.g: discuss a participation among colleagues, add activities to check some
participation because you think the person has cheated, ...
- Add a ribbon on the form view that says "passed" or "failed" according to the
user result
- Introduce a new "Answer" column for the questions list view that is a
modified 'display_name' that displays the answer based on the question type ;
This allows to see the answers at a quick glance without having to drill down
every question to look at the "value_char_box", "value_datetime", ...
- Add the attempts count information in a stat-button, when clicked, the user
is redirected to the list view of all survey attempts of that specific user
for that specific survey
- Re-organize and move some fields
- Hide some advanced information into debug mode

RATIONALE
Currently we can specify email used for notification layouting through context
use in mail composer. It is then propagated to message_post, stored on
mail.message and used to encapsulate emails sent based on posted messages.
SPECIFICATIONS
On template model: rename ``notif_layout`` parameter of ``send_mail`` to
``email_layout_xmlid`` to be coherent with naming used in other parts of the
code. Moreover it better indicates we expect an xml id.
On rating model: rename ``notif_layout`` parameter of ``rating_send_request``
to ``email_layout_xmlid``, for the same reasons as above.
In various wizards: support ``email_layout_xmlid`` context key when no field
is available, notably because this is still done manually in some wizards
like survey invite. Keep a fallback on ``notif_layout`` but remove support of
``custom_layout`` deprecated since quite a long time.

BEFORE THIS COMMIT / How to reproduce :
Consider a multiple choice question with single answer.
A. 2 points
B. 1 point
C. -1 point
Here, the user can only select one answer. He picks A. He only obtains 2/3 points.
This is because the maximum score was computed as the sum of all positive scores
for the question. It does not make sense, as the student can only pick one answer.
Therefore, the formula does not allow giving partial scores (here, answer B, close
to the correct answer) while maintaining correct score percentages.
AFTER THIS COMMIT:
The sum of positive scores is still used as maximum score for multiple choice
with multiple answers, as we want the student to pick all good answers for max score.
However, for multiple choice with single answer, we use the maximum positive score
(or 0, if none) among answers, as it the maximum score one can get while selecting
a single answer.
-> example above : I pick A, I obtain 2 points out of max(2, 1, (0)) = 2
-> I obtain max score for the question. 2/2.
ps: As the sum only uses striclty positive values, the negative points are still
operational and the flow is not changed.
TESTS:
A test test_partial_scores_simple_choice is added to make sure the simple_choice
is repaired and always gives 100% of points if the best answer is picked.

Currently, if the survey participant does not answer questions of type:
- simple_choice
- multiple_choice
- matrix
The system does not register any survey.user_input_line with the "skipped"
attribute set to True. Meaning that this question's answer will not appear in
the survey statistics as skipped (in fact it will not appear at all).
This commit makes sure we correctly save a user_input_line set as skipped=True
when not answering to those types of questions.
A unit test has been added to make sure that we consider every non-answered
question type as properly skipped within the survey statistics.

Average duration of each survey is added. To avoid performance issues value
is not stored, and calculated with raw SQL. It requires to have an end
datetime on survey user inputs, allowing to compute average duration it
took people to complete survey.
Live surveys now open in a new tab instead of in-place.
Also rename some css / scss files to ease understanding. Remove unnecessary
class on survey form view.
