This commit makes hotkey uses more coherent throughout the entire
codebase by setting alt+q as main shortcurt for confirm and default
actions and alt+x for cancel actions.

The type fields of actions already defaults to
the model name in the base model definition.
Therefore, specifying `ir.actions.server`, `ir.actions.act_window`
& so on as type is useless (and adds noise since it's the same as
the action model).

Rename from google_cal_account_id to google_calendar_account_id, to have
the complete 'service' name into the field and allow to use it from a
generic way in oauth2callback from google_account e.g.

For the modals, the following keys are dedicated for "special"
actions:
- Alt+G: add
- Alt+V: save
- Alt+Z: cancel

Historically, it was possible to import addons via a naked import. It is
no more possible since 9e1f13bac, since that commit, the only possible
way to import odoo addons is via the `import odoo.addons' prefix.

To change your Google Calendar account, the authentication tokens must be set to `False`.
But doing so leaves synchronized events in the database.
This commit adds a wizard to handle those existing events as the user wants.
