Migrate the models and controller to new API. Renaming xml id according to convention, renaming openerp tag into odoo tag. Add comment strings and documentations.

[IMP] website_livechat : use the correct publish button. To do so, a better security (with public and website_publish) was required. The inherit of ir_ui_view allow to display the default website channel by passing the fact that it can be website unpublished

website_slides: use the recently introduced website.published.mixin to
replace the website_published and website_url fields defined in various
remaining modules.
In slides, some templates have been updated because share_url was basically
website_url and has been replaced.
